    This business is unacceptable. We have 2 different instances where this business refuses to answer emails or phone calls. They won't get back to you even if you have bought an item it just sits in limbo. We have 2 email threads where one we were just trying to get a color sample from them took 2 months to get after speaking to the only person that answers the phone *** ********. He has even told us that he can't get ahold of his warehouse team to find out *** (how embarrassing to say to a customer). ***** ****** review and "owner" responded immediately for nothing to happen yet again. Finally do end up with that sample and unfortunately do have to order through them and were back to the start. We can't get anyone to answer. Don't know when were getting our product it was originally a 2 week lead time now were sitting close to 6 without response after we finally spend money on them. We would like to speak to someone thats not *** ******** and actually get a "Manager" or "Owner"

    On April 28, 2025, I ordered a dish rack from KE Hardware. The listed, advertised price for the dish rack was $131.84, and I paid that amount to the company. On the same day, April 28, 2025, I received an email confirmation of my order, and the email again stated that the dish rack would be shipped to me. Nearly a month later, on May 21, 2025, I recieved an email from KE Hardware stating that the company will not honor its advertised price, and they never shipped the item to me. Notably, they did not dispute that they have the item in stock or that they confirmed my order. I complained to the company, but they have not responded. I would like the company to honor its advertised price and ship me this item for the price that i paid.
