    On Sunday 4/28 at 11:45 I went to planet fitness to complete my workout. When I entered the gym there was no there to check members in. As I was working out two young women snuck into the facility. the two young women went into the locker room and popped my lock on my locker and stole my car keys and took my car. i called the police at around 12:40 pm to notify them of my car being stolen. The employees at Planet Fitness also admitted to not watching the front and watching these two women steal my car. Planet Fitness is not doing anything to help me and have treated me poorly when I am a paying member and these women would no have had access to the gym if someone was watching. I need to be compensated for any losses i have sustained during this time due to their negligence.

    On December, 22, 2023 I was charged 40.35 on my card. I immediately called planet fitness to resolve this issue because I had asked months ago for my account to be closed. I was told that I could not be issued a refund and I needed to come into the store to close my account. I was not told this information when I had called months before. When I had expressed the need for a refund. I was told that they could close my account but would not issue a refund.
