I paid for two general admission tickets and one parking ticket to the Asia Collective Night Market event ran by F2 Entertainment held on August 20, 2022. The company claimed on their website that it was required to purchase a parking ticket if you were driving by car so I did so. When arriving to the event, not only was there a multiple hour wait in traffic to arrive to the event, there were no marked parking spots and people parked on the grass and nobody scanned our parking ticket when F2 Entertainment claimed that parking tickets would be checked and we would be denied parking if we didn't pay for the tickets. That was a lie and no staff member checked anyone's parking pass ** we shouldn't have had to buy it in the first place.

Furthermore, me and multiple other people witnessed hoards of crowds walking into the event without tickets being scanned. I unnecessarily had to pay two admission tickets of $12.50 and a parking pass ** $12.50 for a total of $37.50. I emailed F2 Entertainment multiple times for a refund and they stopped responding to me as of September 9, 2020. This company lied to many people and the event overbooked as it was extremely crowded and it took hours of waiting in line to purchase any food at this food festival. They lied about needing to pay for a parking ticket and I saw many people walk in while staff didn't even check if they bought tickets.

The event was unorganized, overly crowded and not regulated. There is even a facebook group called "Asia Collective Night Market Disaster" where many people share evidence of this company scamming them. Some people received refunds while others didn't, and I don't know why I never got a refund while some others did.

F2 Entertainment was responsible for the Asian Collective Night Market event, held at the Howard County Fairgrounds on 20 August 2022. Due to overselling tickets, the event was not what was promised. Many vendors ran out of food, the venue was beyond overcrowded which made it impossible to navigate, and parking was such a disaster that it took hours to reach the event at all. About 1-2hours after the event started, they stopped scanning tickets for parking and admission, meaning anyone could walk in. They are now offering a refund to those with unscanned tickets, but nothing for those who had tickets that were scanned - even though, due to their actions, the purchase of the tickets was unnecessary. When I tried emailing them to get a refund, they copy/pasted the same message and refused to acknowledge that they did not deliver the promised experience.
