    On March 17 I purchased 2 tickets for $75.60 and I made an additional purchase on March 19 for $108 for the Beer Bourbon and BBQ festival. I was unable to attend due to a family emergency emergency. I have reach out more than a dozen times regarding this matter to get a refund or credit but no one has responded and it has now become very unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth as I do not want to attend any future events. No one even gave me a courtesy follow up regarding this matter. I wanted to attend this event and was not able to. All I needed was a response. There are not that many events where someone is unable to respond to customers. I don't have money to just waste like that and it doesn't look good for the company. At this point there needs to be a resolution in the form of a refund.

    Good afternoon,
    The guest purchased non-refundable, final sale tickets for an event that was held in its entirety on March 22 & 23rd, 2024. The final sale policy requires guest acknowledgment before purchase. The guest reached out after the event to request a refund after the event had already taken place, and a response was sent to the initial message. As a courtesy, the guest's orders have been refunded on our end.

    I purchased tickets for an event called Tacos & Taps. The event was advertised as being held at the cow palacewhich is indoors per the Timonium Fair Grounds website page. Upon arrival the event was actually outside in the infield in the wet muddy grass. My husband is a disabled vet with mobility issues and we were unable to attend since this event was not being held at the advertised location, which my husband would of been able to attend. I asked a woman working working this event and she said that it was posted at the cow palace and that she wasn't sure why it changed. I am requesting a refund based on this location error. I am requesting a refund to my credit card for $106.36 which is the total I paid for 2 tickets. I tried to reach out to the event organizer and received a reply that the organizer profile could not be reached. I sent an email to ***** ***** which is the app that sold the tickets and they said no refund since the event still went on.

    Good afternoon,

    The Tacos 'n' Taps Festival did take place at the ******** ***** Fairgrounds on April 27, 2024, from 12pm - 5pm, as advertised on our website ****************, in the Infield. Drink Eat Relax Events, LLC. had always advertised the event as outdoors and taking place on the Infield on the ******** ***** Fairgrounds, rather than at any indoor expo hall, and we were unaware of any other site or entity advertising the event as indoors. The attached screenshot from the consumer is from the ******** ***** Fair's website listing, not one that we as the event producers own or maintain, and we were not aware of any incorrect information on that listing. 

    We do apologize for the confusion and inconvenience, and the ticket order has been fully refunded via **********, a third party entity, on our end.

    I accidentally purchased the wrong ticket. I have called multiple times. Ive left voicemails. No returned phone call. Ive emailed them as well. No email back. I just wanted to change my ticket or get a refund but no one will contact me back. HIGHLY disappointed.

    Good afternoon, This guest purchased a non-refundable ticket to a two-day event in ****, **, that was explicitly marked for its date and time and as a final sale upon purchase. All guests are required to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of purchase, along with the reminder that all sales are final, at the final stage of checkout before submitting any order. This page also itemizes the guest's receipt. We then received an inquiry from the guest while out of the office and responded as such, with instructions that guests with specific ticketing questions were very welcome to come speak to us onsite at the event, and that we would be happy to help onsite. We have no record of this guest visiting us at our show office on either day of the event.

    Upon returning to our office after the event and reviewing all correspondence, a refund was initiated and is in process for the original ticket purchase, despite our strict policy, as a courtesy.

    During the black Friday sale, the website was not working. In the end I called and bought the tickets over the phone as the website was not working. Turned out my order online did go through, but I have no tickets to show for it and a charge to my account. I have tried to call and leave messages numerous times and out of the 5 times I have emailed them I only received a response once which did not amend the situation. I still have no tickets and a charge of 235 dollars. Due to no resolution after these attempts, I called and disputed the charge with my bank to which the claim was challenged by this business and denied. I need some resolution ASAP as this is a lot of money for no one to be able to simply answer an email or give me a call back. I am very lucky the event is still over a month away.

    Unfortunately, this guest entered the incorrect email address and the order did not process correctly. We then discussed this with the guest and after a second call, the guests decided that what they really wanted was a refund. This refund was processed about 2 weeks prior to this complaint being filed - so we are concerned about what the issue is.

    The guest accidentally entered the wrong info.
    We handled the guests concern.
    We then again process a full refund to the guest at their request.

    Please let us know if there is anything else, we need to do to satisfy this customer.

    I appreciate the refund and the handling of the dispute. I never received any calls or emails back regarding this issue but the one when we originally figured out the wrong email was the problem which took me reaching out multiple times. After that I did not receive a response after reaching out two more times. As I said I do greatly appreciate it being taken care of I think maybe lack of communication may be an issue and why this took so long to resolve with me reaching out elsewhere as calls and emails did not help.
