    I ordered some items back in September and due the company not requesting a signature for the items received my package was stolen from my apt complex. Customer service told me once they were paid by the postal office I would receive another package with signature required as I requested. My order was shipped in multiple packages weeks later and some how my jacket order came in the wrong size. I contacted customer service again which I was told the jacket runs big and it should fit regardless of the size I ordered. When I differed with customer service they have yet to write me as of yet. Now I am stuck with a jacket that is way to small.

    I have been buying from this company for a few years now. I love their items! To date, I've bought 5+ sweatshirts, 5+ T shirts, a bag, and a jacket. The service has always been impeccable. Most notably, when my package was lost by the parcel service, the matter was rectified within 24 hours - a new order was sent to me. The employees are kind, the messages are dope, and I feel like I'm being held in community. I'm concerned that sometimes we judge Black businesses more harshly, without recognizing the additional hurdles these businesses face. When my parcel was delayed, I was especially moved by how seriously the company took the issue and took it upon themselves to advocate on my behalf. I say this because I was prepared to give them grace because they are part of my community. Little did I know that I would receive EXTRA care - above and beyond what a mainstream store would provide.
