    I placed an oder for a pair of "black bubble slippers" size 9 on the 27th of May 2022. After receiving no updates on my order, I reached out via email on June 6th 2022 asking for an update to which I received no response. Because of this, I reached out on the 11th of June 2022 via Instagram under a post, to which they deleted my comment and direct messaged me asking for my order number to which I responded " Order #3080" and asked for a refund once again. Once I received no response, I reached out a third time via email on the 12th of June 2022 requesting a full refund being that I still had not receive a response. On the 14th of June, 2022, the company direct messaged me again apologizing for missing my message to which I responded asking for a full refund for the third time and was told that the shipment would be sent out in soon but would take up to 10 business days to reflect in my account to which I responded, "that's fine".

    After no receiving the refund, I grew tired of the unprofessionalism and lack of communication and simply disputed the charge with my bank which was refunded on the 20th of July 2022. The package for some reason was still sent out and came a few days after I had already disputed the charge.

    Here we are in October, and I received a an emailed asking for payment of $60.00 via cash app or Apple Pay, threatening to take me to court for "fraud" if I didn't send it because I had their product yet, disputed the charge. I responded asking for a "return to sender" slip in addition to offering pictures/ videos of the product condition because the item remains untouched until this day. They told me that this route was not an option and that they would reach out to my bank and report fraud. I then spoke with my bank whom referred me here.
