    Refund and Exchange Policy
    ALL returns are subject to approval of Kenseal Management & there are NO returns of special order items, custom items, or product that is "tinted."
    For COD purchases:
    *Stock items returned within 7 days of original purchase will be accepted with no re-stocking fees.
    *Stock items returned between 8 & 30 days of original purchase will also be accepted, but are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
    *Items will not be accepted for return beyond 30 days of original purchase.

    For Credit Account Purchases:
    *Stock items returned within 30 days of original purchase will be accepted with no re-stocking fees.
    *Stock items returned between 31 & 60 days of original purchase will also be accepted, but are subject to an 18% re-stocking fee.
    *Items will not be accepted for return beyond 60 days of original purchase.
