    Dear BBB,I am submitting a formal complaint against TripCity regarding unsafe rental vehicles, financial losses, and unauthorized use of my personal information.Summary of Issues:Safety hazards: The vehicle had malfunctioning brakes, wheel alignment problems, and other defects that caused dangerous situations, including the car unexpectedly accelerating while parked.Vehicle maintenance failures: No oil change, non-functioning windshield wipers, filthy interior, and unresolved mechanical defects. Requests for detailing or seat covers were ignored.Out-of-pocket expenses: I paid for a tire replacement and key battery that should have been the Owners responsibility.Unauthorized use of personal information: The Owner used my name and information for insurance quotes without my consent and never provided documentation from an insurance company.Policy violations: Repairs were performed without written consent, violating Sections 1416 of TripCitys Owner ******************* and personal impact: These issues caused direct financial losses, extreme inconvenience, safety risks, and the loss of my job.Blocked communication: TripCity has blocked my phone, preventing direct resolution.Evidence: Screenshots of the Owner Agreement, photos of the unsafe vehicle, text messages prioritizing payment over safety, and receipts for repairs I had to cover.Requested Resolution: I am requesting a refund or settlement of the payments I have made for this rental.Thank you for reviewing this complaint. I look forward to your assistance in achieving a fair resolution.

    I had payed majority of the fees due for the car I rented I cleaned the car before leaving the car could no longer drive the car because it was unsafe to do so one of the tires blew and the others were about to blow as well the previous car I had the same thing happened tires were terrible one blew while i was on ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** names and harrassing me I dont want any money I just dont want anyone to get seriously hurt due to the negligence
