This business is totally a scam. Unfortunately, you don't know the name of the business until after you have been scammed. If you do a search for "appliance repairs baltimore", this business shows up as:
"Appliance repair, service, Baltimore, **************************************
The best customer service and pricing for Baltimore Appliance Repair Services - Call (XXX)-XXX-**** today for your FREE no obligation quote."
No where in this search return do you see the name Serenity Appliance Repair. One doesn't know that is the name until one gets a receipt for the totally useless "repair" done, replacing the most expensive component of the refrigerator, the main circuit board. Also, the telephone number on the receipt is: XXX-XXX-****. This mistake cost me $399., VENMO'ed of course. Receipt says: "90 day warranted", but they either don't answer the phone, or when you leave a voicemail, you get no returned call. Following this fiasco, I diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator, quite easily, by watching a couple ******* videos and ordering the evaporator fan from ******, one day delivery. It turns out it was a relatively simple diagnosis and repair, one that I am certain was known by the person (who claimed to have worked for ********** and **********) who came to my home. At this point, I am not certain that he replaced a circuit board. There must be something that can be done to keep these people from continuing to scam good, honest people who put their trust in them. They are not even worth 1 star!
