      Deceptive business practices. Made unauthorized charges on my line of credit without disclosing pertinent information relative to her business and service. This owner gave me no confirmation, no receipt, no treatment overview, no pre-treatment preparation, no email with an appointment time, no contract -- nothing. They provided NOTHING to indicate I agreed or had an agreement with their business. I only discovered this scam after receiving a bill from the credit company. I immediately call the owner and she tells me they have a NO REFUND policy. She charged me full price under a contingency for services never rendered and now blames another doctor as to whether she will reverse the charge she was never authorized by me to make. She relayed information under false pretense and misled me into signing what she said was a credit application and later revealed included a service agreement. Why would you tentatively schedule me for an appointment because I may not be eligible for treatment if I am moving overseas -- but you charge me for the full price for treatment knowing you supposedly have a NO REFUND policy? Not a deposit to hold the appointment -- but full price! Wouldn't a no refund policy be a KEY DETAIL to highlight if someone states they may be moving to another country for work? And, after acknowledging my appointment and agreement was tentative/contingent, she did not offer to reverse the charge, citing Maryland consumer law and the doctor she works under never offering refunds. No accountability. Malicious intent. Issue is now escalated. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE unless its same day service that you are comfortable with the odds of taking a loss being super high. Read other negative reviews. Had I read them, I would have never came here. Blind trust makes you a victim. Don't be a victim.

      DO NOT GO HERE.
      The owner is unprofessional, has bad customer service and doesn’t care thhat the treatments performed didn’t work.

      ******, you originally started your treatments in May of 2022.  At that time you had 11 Viora radio frequency treatments.  We saw you again on October of 2022 when you stated that you were not happy with your results.   Between October and November of 2022 I gave you 7 more radio frequency treatment to compensate you at no charge ($3500 value).  You then contacted us and said that you again were still not happy.  You have had more treatments than what you have paid for and I have tried to make you happy....Months later, on April 14, 2023, I offered you 12 Electroslim treatment at no charge to you ($1800 value) to show you that I care and am willing to work with you but there is a NO REFUND policy and sometimes other factors can be in play such as hormones, diet and water consumption. You signed a consent form stating that you understood our policy. When we explained that we have done everything we can do for you and have gone above and beyond for you...you unfairly say that I am unprofessional and have bad customer service.  I am sure any reasonable person reading this review can see that you were fairly compensated.
