    Stay away from this company!!! Their business module is predatory, the technician they sent has no professional ethnics at all!
    My AC is 21 years old, it was not cooling down, I knew it need to refill some Freon. So I called FIXED! on Wednesday morning telling them my AC needs Freon. Kevin came, after a quick look, he said I need to sign a contract with them to replace the whole system first, otherwise he won't fill the Freon. Since I have been considering to replace the system, so I happily asked them to email me the estimates, Kevin also confirmed me he would come back in the afternoon to get the AC work if I agree to sign the contract. Before he left, he request $134 for the trip, so I gave the money to him. Then I started to review the estimates they emailed me, did some research on the brands of AC, called their office to request another AC brand estimate, she agreed. But no more emails coming, so I called back, she told me she was waiting for Kevin's response, so I called Kevin directly, that was 2:40pm. I asked him come back to get the AC working, he said he was on the way home, his business hour ends at 3:00pm, he can come the next day to fix it if I sign the contract. It was hot, even I signed the contract, he wouldn't come back to get the AC working the same day! Luckily, there are other companies are still open, Thursday and Friday were very hot too, on Friday, Kevin checked back on the contracts. I responded: I already died due to heat!!!

    Dear Ms. Tan,

    Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, I believe there has been a miscommunication. Your 21 year old A.C uses R-22 Refrigerant. Per EPA regulations the importation and manufacture of R-22 Refrigerant is not permitted as of January 1, 2020. We have a very small amount of R-22 on hand. We were willing to give you the R-22 refrigerant with the condition that you would replace your old system to make you more comfortable until the new system could be installed. Once again thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sorry that we were unable to provide a solution that would satisfy your expectations.
