Pattern of Complaints
On September 10, 2026, BBB initiated a pattern of complaint review of RXNT based on complaints filed with BBB of Greater Maryland.
BBB's file for this company shows a pattern of complaints concerning subscription cancellation, automatic renewal, and billing disputes.
Before signing up, BBB advises consumers to read the Subscription Summary and Terms of Service carefully, confirm the renewal date and the written notice deadline, and keep a copy of any cancellation request and confirmation.
Below is response ptovided by the business regarding the pattern of complaint:
We believe the pattern of complaints was caused by: After reviewing the complaints, we believe the common issue is primarily a misunderstanding regarding the terms of the customer’s subscription. The subscription term, cancellation requirements, and renewal provisions are set forth in the agreements customers must review and agree to when they sign up for services. In some complaints, it appears the customer’s understanding of the subscription terms did not match the terms of the agreement they accepted. We recognize, however, that we can do more to make these provisions clearer and more noticeable to customers during sign-up. We are taking additional steps to make sure customers are specifically presented with and acknowledge these important terms. We plan to implement the following action items to avoid similar complaints in the future: 1. Update the Customer Agreement. We will update our Terms of Service, Subscription Summary, and Customer Agreement to clarify the language regarding the subscription term, cancellation requirements, and other applicable terms. 2. Add additional acknowledgments to the Subscription Summary. We will add additional fields to the Subscription Summary, requiring customers to initial next to certain key provisions. These will include an acknowledgment that the customer has reviewed and understands the applicable terms, the subscription term length, and the cancellation requirements. 3. Clarify the automatic renewal provisions. We will revise the language regarding automatic renewals to clarify when and how a subscription renews, and what is required to cancel before renewal. 4. Clarify cancellation requirements in the Subscription Summary. We will update the Subscription Summary to clearly and specifically explain the applicable cancellation requirements and terms, so that customers have this information presented at sign-up. We anticipate the following timeline for implementing the action items above: We will begin rolling out these changes, and we expect to fully implement them by the end of 2026. This timeline is necessary to allow our development team to update automated processes and ensure that all updates are implemented consistently across our systems. We believe these changes will help customers better understand the material terms of their subscriptions before and during sign-up, and reduce misunderstandings regarding subscription terms, cancellations, and automatic renewals.
