I brought my vehicle into this establishment for timing chain replacement and an oil change. The owner quoted me over the phone 781. On 6/30 I dropped my car off to the shop. He advised me that my car would be 3 days to repair. After 3 days I called to check status and was told he was still waiting on parts. Was then advised the need for an additional 3 days. After 4 more days and not hearing back from him, I called to check status. He advised me the car was not running and would need more time. I expressed concerns with the time frame he already my vehicle and he then responded "your car is foreign" and he was not feeling well. I told him I'm sorry that he wasn't feeling well but he knew my car was foreign when I left it in his possession and allowed him more time to fix the vehicle. On 6/12 I called again to check status and the car was still not done. I expressed concern but once again allowed him more time. On the 15th, I called again to check status and was told it still wasn't ready. I expressed extreme frustration as I was paying for rides to and from work longer than expected, and he said call back tomorrow. On the 16th, I called again and he said he would try to have it done by that afternoon and to call back later. I called back later and spoke with the son-Jameson who apologized for the issues and explained how is father-Joe purchased the wrong part for the car and he would go get the part himself and fix it and it would be ready that day. On the 16th, Around 4:30, I received my call from the establishment stating my car was ready. I arrived around 6pm to pick up my vehicle. By this time, they had my vehicle 16days. I went in and paid the bill, which ended up being (824.44) more than the original quote of 781. I received the keys, went out to the vehicle and noticed, a crack to my bumper and all dash light on. Went back in and he said he couldn't do nothing right then and to come back Monday. Now Wednesday and he's refusing to fix the lights and bumper.
