    Dental One states I have a balance of $72 for a visit 4/11/22. *************** states they were billed and paid all claim in the last 2 years. Documents uploaded indicate the last 2 years as well as the visit in question. When I called the office, I was given an incorrect email to settle the dispute. An office manager literally took the phone from the person I was speaking to and said the only option to settle this is to PHYSICALLY come into the office with an appointment. I asked that we schedule an appointment and then discuss on the phone or through zoom. That wasn't an option. She ended the call by hanging up on me. The uploaded documentation clearly states all claims have been paid.

    I had a implant procedure back in February 2022 and before the procedure I have to pay them in advance on same day of the procedure. After the implant procedure, I was informed that there was an over payment of $772.00. I asked how I can get my refund and was advised I should have it back within 45-60 days. Really! they took my money beforehand now I have to wait this long to get it back, anyways, I've waited. I called their office in May 2022 only to find out that the refund has not been process and after multiple calls been push back by their customer service that I have to wait another 60 days. I asked to speak with a manager, and the manager was able to process the refund for $700 but had to wait until end of June 2022 to received it. They still owe me $72.00 and had to call them back on August 16, 2022 and asked to speak with the same manager for the remaining $72.00. The manager advised me I should receive it within 4 weeks. Today, Sept. 16th I have not received the $72.00 refund and had to call their office back, at which time the customer service rep "Carol" who is very rude, talking over me stating there is no notes about the $72.00 and when I asked for the Manager, she advised that he's not in the office. They asked you to pay in advance, but they are not responsible to process the refund on time and had to make multiple contact and months of waiting for your own money. They have the poorest customer service, if I can give this office a negative score I will. I want my money back and compensated for the delays in addressing the refund.
