  I called Platinum Wildlife Solutions because I had 2 air vents that had birds nests in them. Joe returned my call promptly, answered my questions, and explained the removal process. We set a date for removal. Joe was on time, cleaned out and put vent guards on 3 vents. Joe also came inside and cleaned the vent in the bathroom. I was relieved that it was cleaned properly so that no nesting material could end up in my home. He was very nice, answered all my questions and did a nice job cleaning up. I will recommend him if I hear of anyone who needs similar services.

  Came out in a timely manner and did the job right. He got rid of rats under our porch and fix the concrete so the rats wouldnt come back. He also set one way doors for squirrels in our attic and fixed our gutter that fell so no more squirrels would get in through our back part of the house. Top notch work!

  I have one year in my new home and love it. This year I realized an abundance of bird guano on the front stairs and newly installed handrail. The adjoining house lower roof is mottled with bird droppings which are near my handrail. Upon further investigation I noticed a flock of pigeons lining the upper roof edge on both homes. I found Platinum through the BBB of Maryland and called him. After a series of text messages and photos Joe arrived. He treated my roof. There were small holes creating a heat tunnel for the birds. He shared more information about the treatment which I appreciated. I like learning and understanding Joe was easygoing and sincere.

  Joe was wonderful. Called around 9:30 a.m., spoke with Joe. Told him that I was in need of an inspection for possible bat nesting. Joe informed me that he would be there to inspect between 12 noon to 2 p.m. I received a text at 12:20, he would be there by 1 p.m. The inspection was done. No bats present, but they were there at one time. Joe secured the sliding to alleviate the bats from entering under the house siding. We will definitely be calling again if needed for any wild life pest.

  This company really helped me out with the passing of our beloved cat. Joe was compassionate and understanding. He went above and beyond in is efforts to assist me. I am grateful to him and his team. It's good to know that in this day and age where kindness is in short supply, there are still men like Joe who help a stranger out. Thanks so much.   A huge groundhog was in my yard and had burrowed under my front step. I immediately panicked when I saw it and was intimidated and would not go into my yard. I searched ****** and found Platinum Wildlife. I called the number listed, and Joe returned my call almost immediately. He told me he would come out the next day and did. He explained what he would do to catch the groundhog and remove it, then repair under my step so the groundhog could not get back in. He set two traps and caught two groundhogs. He set up an exit with a door preventing the reentry of others. I am so pleased, and the quoted price was reasonable. He is amazing and professional. I highly recommend Platinum Wildlife.

  Platinum wildlife solutions deserve the highest rating possible.everything about the experience was perfect. The phone was answered, a call was returned, the inspection was done with photos and a written estimate was presented within a few hours. The work was started 48 hours later and the bats were gone!
