i got the car back in february 2023 and they had me sign the contract without driving the car off the lot and the car stating they had to replace the tires and get the car inspected in which i asked for the paperwork work of the inspection and never received any copies. a couple days after receiving the car i went to get gas and after getting gas i went to put the car in drive to drive off and after hitting the gas pedal the car wouldn’t move as if it was in neutral so i would have to shift the car from park and reverse and back to drive before it would finally go forward so i went to auto zone and get the check engine light checked because it had came on during that whole situation then i went to the dealership the next day so they could look at it so they could figure out what was wrong because i assumed the transmission was bad they took my car for a couple days and claimed the oil filter area was a mess so they clean and had me come get it so i did that. after receiving my car i left from the dealership and was heading home and my car was accelerating very slow and on the dash it said the engine power was reduced so i instantly turned around because it was obvious they didn’t do what they were supposed to do so they kept my car for a couple more days after that because the car was under warranty during that time so i was going up there constantly from the time i first got the car till the car just would just start and cut off on me back in july so i just got it told there because the mechanic said i was good even after the warranty because the constant problems i’ve had with the car from the brakes not working properly the transmission going bad and he stated that “it’s one of them things that have to get worse before they can actually see what’s actually going on” which is now after the warranty and after waiting 3 weeks to hear what was wrong with my car they said the car had no oil in it , in which i went down to the dealership to see and it wasn’t true
