    If I could give it a minus I would! I was sold a vehicle that was not inspected thoroughly or at all. I picked my car up the day it was reinspected and there were no headlights and inspection sticker should have had the original month it was inspected ( Jan) and it didnt! It only got bad and worse from there!!! The staff is nice the car is a price of shit!

    We appreciate the kind words about our staff!  We strive to make all our customers completely satisfied.  We are sorry that you are having issues with your vehicle, as we can assure you we inspect every vehicle that we sell.  All our vehicles go through an inspection process and wouldve prior to you purchasing it on January 19, 2021.

    If I could give a negative star, I would. I purchased my car here August of 2022. The dealership told me that I had a 2 year warranty in regards to whatever problem I have with my car would be fixed. Ive come here 6 different times for my brakes alone due to to rotors & brakes being rusted & old at the time they had sold me the car, and every time I came in they had me waiting for 6+ hours just for brakes. Id be the first one to come in & the last one to leave while watching other people come in and leave before I do. They would also say that I never had a warranty and tried to make me pay out of pocket only to just take care of it in the end free of charge. After waiting EACH TIME for that long for brakes, as soon as I leave the dealership its like they never did anything to my brakes. Id experience extremely loud squeaking & jerking with the brakes that they were never able to help me with. Today is my 7th time coming here in a year for the same issue and at this point Id never recommend this dealership to anybody that wants a car. Especially if youre BLACK. They are saying that I do not have a warranty when I do & they keep my car here for hours while doing nothing to it. Im very disappointed in the service Ive provided here for a whole year. Please dont come here for a car. They will rob you & make you come back for repairs that they will never take care of!

    As an organization that cares about its customers and strives to provide best-in-class service, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received at our dealership.  While we are sensitive to your situation, please be advised that the warranty that you purchased specifically excludes ordinary wear and tear to brakes which is what you have experienced.  We would be happy to conduct a complimentary multi-point inspection of your vehicle to determine if there is something causing your brakes to need maintenance other than the number of miles you have driven it.  Please contact the number below to arrange for the inspection.
