    I found Addarios on the Internet. Based on their website and other reviews, I contacted them to install a new heater in my home. ****************** Came to my home to make the arrangements. He was kind and professional. I moved forward with the install. Everything was great until the installer asked me for money before he even turned on the new heater to see if it worked. I told him payment would be made later when the job was complete. Upon turning on the heater, there was a problem with it and it didnt work. ***** asked me for the second payment which I was reluctant to give. I gave it to him. I didnt have heat overnight and into the next day. It was cold. Throughout the entire ordeal the bosses kept asking the technicians if I paid. The next day, a technician arrived late and was able to fix the problem with the new heater. Immediately, he asked me for the last of the three payments and I declined until the next day, as I wanted to be very sure that the heater was going to work. The technician had his boss on the phone pressing me for the money. As far as I am concerned there should NOT have been any discussion about payment until the job was complete and I was satisfied. I believe that ******************************* should take some customer service training. I felt like I wasnt being treated fairly and that they didnt trust me for the payment. I believe that I deserve an apology from *******************************. I will never recommend this company to anyone given my experience. It is shameful.

    Excellent customer service with entire process. From ****, to the crew coming in to install the mini-split a/c system. Addarios response time to any questions or changes in our job was prompt and beyond efficient. The crew worked safely, efficiently at all times and communicated job process as they went along. Addarios should be proud to have these knowledgeable and efficient technicians working for them and representing their company. I will surely recommend Addarios to anyone looking for the services they provide. Thanks, *********************

    ******* came to do a maintenance on my furnace. Was great explained what was going on. Very knowledgable, friendly and neat. I would recommend this Addarios for all your heating plumbing and cooling needs. Came on time. Receptionist was also very nice on the phone when scheduling my appointment. Very accommodating with my availability.

    **** and ***** came out today 01/25/25 for a consultation and my parents home has been out of heat for the last 4 days or so and we are in the middle of winter. I felt **** was very transparent when it down came down to what options and what need to convert an oil furnace to a gas furnace .. highly recommend ! Great service.

    Technician ***** was persistent in trouble-shooting the apparent odor of gas. Concluded it was combustion odor, tightened some hose clamps, & that seemed to solve the problem. Well continue to monitor, for obvious safety reasons.

    Professional, efficient, accommodating. They put in a new boiler. I had been without heat, and it only took the two days they promised. They offered financing through a third party, and even helped me set it up.
