    I called and they came down the next day. Everything was explained, and I decided on a system for my heating and cooling needs. I also love that they take care of the rebates and I will nit have to wait long periods to get them. I was so impressed, I am having them also help me convert from oil to gas. They will Handel everything, including permits and removal of all the old equipment. All the work and supplies are included and I won't need a plumber! Everything is state of the art, clean energy. All my questions were answered and everything e plain and all of this will be done.withi. 3 weeks
