              On 10/2 I went to Health Express Kingston. I was seen right away and sent home waiting on a prescription to be sent over. I waited 4 hours and then was noticed they never sent the prescription over to my pharmacy. I tried to call before closing hours and they never got back to me. I then called the next day as soon as they opened to try to get them to send my order over as soon as possible as my symptoms had worsened. I called at 9am and by 3pm the order still was not at my pharmacy, I called the health express location 3 times within this timeframe to try to get them to send it over and ask for my culture to be seen because I needed another prescription. I then was in so much pain I had to go to a different health express in another town, pay another copay and bill my insurance for the same exact situation. It was unsafe and a waste or time and money.

              EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE COME TO THIS URGENT CARE THEY HAVE TURNED ME AND MY FAMILY AWAY!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS !!!! THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE IV THERAPY, THEN YOU SHOW UP DEHYDRATED FROM THE STOMACH BUG AND THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVENT DONE IT SINCE COVID. COVID WAS 2020 THIS IS 2023!!!!!! YOUR WEBSITE SHOULD REFLECT YOUR SERVICES!!!!!
