    Warning one star is too many! Do NOT buy any product that you will ever expect warranty support from. In 2017 we replaced all our home's windows and we just recently noticed a defective seal. Easy fix, NESCOR will NOT return emails and phone calls. Calling the direct line will result in redirecting to a voice mail for a woman that NEVER returns phone calls. I finally spoke to a *. ******* who told me it would take 4 months. Never heard back after waiting 5 month and tries to recontact this person. I finally contacted the manufacturing company directly who were great. They have arranged replacements but I am paying the shipping costs. NESCOR ought to pay this as we paid them as the installing company. STAY AWAY is all I can say.

    This company does not return phone calls. They do not fix their products and their products do NOT last the way they claim they do. My windows are breaking one by one a s no one has come out to fix them despite me calling the service department multiple times, then the manager, Cindy, promised a return call but now she is not answering her phone. I just want someone to fix the broken windows. NEVER buy anything from this company!

    Had no problem along with good communication while setting up and sending out sales and then setting up install of windows in the beginning approx. 3.5 years back.
    Then about 2 1/2 years ago, I had 1 sill form white spots in-between the double pane glass and had to have replaced, this took a while of constant contacting and time before it was done.
    About a year ago they are starting to all do the same in 3 other windows and this company doesn't answer the phone nor return calls.
    I tried calling and leaving vm's constantly with no return calls.
    I caught them by calling constantly and one time they picked up back in Sept 2024, I think by mistake, after I explained the issue they sent someone out about a month later in Nov 2024 and he said yes, we will replace but have to wait for orders to go in. I had not heard anything for 4 months Feb 2025, so I then again called constantly and caught them again by chance through persistence. No record of them coming out they said.....what? So, I again sent pic's with the window serial #'s to the president of the company, then again with the runaround about needing to wait for their bulk order of windows and it is done monthly, that was 4 months ago and not a peep nor response since.
    All I wanted was to have them replaced, they look like trash.
    If you use this company Nescor, be prepared for garbage material and they take your money and run.
    If you can't stand behind your product and run and hide from customers who are having issues, what kind of business are you???

    Window leaks ever since they install it. There phone number on ****** says out of service. No way to contact anyone. Everytime it rains everything gets soaked. We can feel cold air in some of the windows coming in. Bad company to get in touch with so there warranty is like voided due to poor communication.

    We hire Nescor to replace our roof and some windows. The salesman Nick was very helpful going over different options available for us. We ended up going with the Stone Covered Steel roofing and it is everything he said it was and I love the look. Everybody was very nice, I was impressed that they actually had different installers for the windows. Everybody did an excellent job. One of my friends went with a less expensive company and has lots of issues. I'm very happy we chose Nescor and I will recommend them to my friends. Thanks again *****

    Seems this is the only way to have someone respond. All was fine upon sales and initial window install with the exception of one broken window, a few screen holes. They came and replaced the glass once and it looks like my 3 year old nephew did the work. We called to have another ordered and to have the screens inspected and fixed and it has now been over a year with nothing done !!! When I finally spoke to production in August it turns out the part was never even ordered! We are still waiting for them to finish the service. I have left about 10 messages in 3 months and have yet to receive a call back. All I want at this point is to have the work completed . It was not cheap although youd never know by the way Im being treated . My next step is a visit to their site.

    My condo association had Nescor install gutter guards a few years ago. Nescor's gutter guards do not work as advertised as birds are able to get into the gutters and nest. Nescor did come out twice in the to clean the gutters, but this past spring they refused to come out and clean the gutters and honor their product's warrantee, said that they were getting out of the business and stopped returning my calls. We had to hire another *** to remove the faulty gutter guards and clean the clogged gutters. Also, how do they get a BBB rating of A+ and an accreditation when they only have a rating of 1 out of 5 Stars ? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NESCOR!

    NEscor is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I started the relationship with a salesperson Shad, Through the process the production team did such a poor job he texted me he was "pissed" with some additional colorful language. He was later told by owner, Bob T not to speak to me. They damaged my driveways over 2 1/2 month ago. They still have not rectified; they say they contacted their insurance company 9/1. I have found out from their insurance carrier they did not notify them 9/1. They left my yards a mess. So many nails. I was able to fill 1/4 of a coffee can with nails before I gave up and made them come back to clean. I did 4 locations with them all at once. The last location was littered with nails. They wouldn't come back to clean. They also tried to rip me off and not install ridge vents in 3 properties. They came back and fixed 2, cut in the vents. Teh third I caught the day before they covered the ridge and forced them to be put in. The did not use the underlayment we contracted to be used. They forced final payment on 3 projects prior to them being complete. 7 weeks after a roof was done the metal shingles lifted as they aren't clicked together. They came and SCREWED RIGHT THROUGH THE TOP... It is awful. They outsource the jobs, do not provide oversight, lie, blame each other and do nothing to remedy issues.

    I had a sliding door installed 2 years ago. There was water linking into my living room about a year ago. The door was caulked three times over a few months but more water started leaking again. I had two different repairmen look at the door in order to find a better solution. After 4 cancelled appointments over 3 months the issue still remains. II have been extremely disappointed with customer service. Today I called about the latest appointment and was told that the repairman never got the order and that the person arranging the appointments was fired. I now have a fifth appointment in 2 weeks. No one calls to tell you the day before that they are coming so you wait and hope that someone shows up. This company has some major issues with service and I would stay away from them.

    i need a new roof and contacted Nescor, who had representatives in the ******************** at the Big E. Their representative came to give me an estimate. i have a small 5 room "cottage" in a modest neighborhood in ***********. After surveying my property, he cam back and told me the cost of a new roof would be $79,356!!! However, with a senior discount and the Big E discount he could bring that down to $55,882. He was at my home for about 90 minutes and left me NO paperwork. I have contacted the company three times asking for that estimate to be sent to me in writing i contacted them by text and by email. i phoned today and was told it was not their policy to provide this information in writing.'i have another estimate from a licensed roofing company (which WAS provided to me in writing) for $18,000.
