      I called and paid a debt that I was trying to remove off my credit report, but during the transaction the credit card system went down. They had to redo the transaction and now I have 2 charge on my credit card. Called and they said it only went through once but my statement is charging me twice.

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Although after submitting this BBB review all the sudden my credit card statement has a debit and they have given me a refund. This may be a way for them to not have a review on their page. Seems as though this may be a cover up for their mistake they said they didnt make.

      I am not liable for this debt with EAST ***** BLVD EMERG PHY LLC and I do not have a contract with COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL. I have attempted to resolve this issue with the debt collection agency. Equifax was able to delete the previous disputed address as it was not attached to me Equifax Conformation#**********.       I received a notice that I have a collection from Commonwealth Financial on my credit report. It says it was opened on 12/29/2020 for $1,146.00 with account number starting in ************ that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      This business (**** emergency professionals) showed up on my credit report under Commonwealth, however I have never been to an Emergency provider without having insurance, nor have I been to a standalone doctor like the business described. Specifically for over $700!All phones are disconnected. It mysteriously appeared on all 3 credit reports under Commonwealth finance. Per ************************ recently has only one registered license in ************************ Physicians / Emergency Medicine, which is considered as the primary health care specialty. **** *************************** can be contacted via phone **************, or through Hence, ***** via phone **************.I've never seen any of those types of doctors! Whether it's the one in Hamilton ****, or ********. I specifically have not been to an office in ******** **** which is over an hour and a half away from where I live. South West. I have not been south in many years. This is a SCAM and this better be removed from my credit reports ASAP. I've never been sent a bill or an itemized bill. I have 0 record of this account and haven't even been seen in years. I will continue to dispute this and will potentially *** for falsified information.
