Historically, we experience a spike in consumer complaints during the annual open enrollment period (December-April), when financial transactions are initiated to move a consumer health savings account from one trustee to another trustee, which involves employers, third party administrators, health plan carriers and multiple custodian/trustees.
- Alegeus triages each consumer complaint with corrective and preventive action plans in mind to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
- We are continuously looking to improve automated and manual processes, and are constantly coaching and training associates to mitigate consumer dissatisfaction.
