    ZERO STARS! This place dramatically over charged me for the top-of-the-line Lennox system. Which has never worked. I have asked repeatedly for them to refund my money and rip it out of my house over the years. But then again why would they when they could keep charging me to keep repairing and replacing parts every year or two even when it's under warranty.I have gone through 3 Compressors (need a fourth so they are telling me now and the replacement parts only have a year warranty). I am on my 3rd evaporator coil (they kept finding leaks they denied existed until they would inject dye into the lines, but only after charging for several system recharges needed for the leaks).They would charge me for cleaning the system which most of the time they wouldn't do leaving me to hose it off or buy cleaner from the store (after I paid for the service). They didn't install anything correctly and the indoor unit (air handler) would pool up water and grow black mold. They refused to even acknowledge it while people in my house were getting sick. They eventually wiped it down with cleaning cloths, but only in visible and easily accessible parts of the system. Eventually they fixed the drainage issue they ignored for years and gave me a UV light (though didn't clean or sterilize the duct work).Everything is a fight, more years involved talking to a service manager (they have had several over the years, seems like they promote unqualified service techs to the manager position without management training). The service manager will blame you for the problems their techs didn't fix or flat out lie to you about what work was done or is needed. This year it was the operations manager who seemed to just want to pass the buck.They switched digital invoices (I have over 30 from the first few years) then they would change my email in their system with a "typo" so I wouldn't get a copy. They have fixed the mistake numerous times but somehow it keeps being wrong.

    I called *********** to fix my **. A service person came and gave me an offer to replace the ** system for $38,500. He did not explain why my present ** system cannot be repaired. Then charged me $100. So at the end I paid $100 for an estimate for a new system and my present ** is still broken. I am not ready to spend $38,500 without searching for alternative companies and offers. In my view $100 was not justified.
