- The business states if a customer has a problem with a piece of equipment we ask them to call us. Sometimes it is operator error so we can offer advice over the phone to help them get started. If the equipment is broken we may ask the customer to try to do the repair if quick and easy, this is often the fastest solution. Otherwise, we often exchange the machine and give the customer more time to finish the job. We try to make the customer happy!
