If I could give negative stars I would. Breezeline has been the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This is the first BBB rating I have ever given. We had a storm in ************* that took down a lot of lines which is understandable that service would be interrupted. We lost internet on April 4th 2024 and just got it back today on April 19th. We had a line come down and I informed them that they would most likely need to run an entire new line. They wouldnt let us request an appointment until the outage for our area was fixed which wasnt for a few days. They scheduled someone to come out but it wasnt going to be for 2 weeks. Once I realized it was going to take that long, I called back and they cancelled it and said they would put an emergency call in for the next day. When nobody showed up, I called back again and they said their system allowed there to be many emergency calls put in which meant no one actually had any idea when someone would show up. Since they cancelled the other appointment, they had already filled it so they said they couldnt guarantee someone to come out until April 27th. That would mean almost an entire month with no internet. After a few more days and me calling to keep asking for an update, someone finally showed up. I understand that storms happen and this was a big one, but to have no answers for over 2 weeks and getting the run around from everyone I spoke to, it was extremely frustrating. I wasnt even concerned with the money side of it. I just couldnt believe that this was an acceptable solution in todays society. There was no accountability on their end and everyone just kept saying this is the way it is and they had no answers. Even the supervisor I spoke to said that he couldnt believe they cancelled the original ticket and they really have to make a lot of changes and reorganize how things are done. Anyway, thats my 2 cents. First world problems.
