In October 2021 I paid approximately $4000 for a year long program with this company in support of my health and fitness goals. Over the next two months, I felt that the program was not being delivered as promised. The main feature of the program had pretty much left the business to pursue other things and I felt that I was not receiving (for my money) anything worthwhile. I contacted the company direct and explained my thoughts. A weak alternative was offered but I didn't feel again that this was acceptable to the amount of money having been paid out. There have been subsequent emails and messages back and forth some of which have now not be responded to in the past couple of weeks. They informed me that they don't usually offer refunds, this was not stipulated before I offered my money up. I felt I was being generous only asking for the remainder of my money back, not the total so that I was able to pursue other avenues with my health and fitness. I worked out that from January 2022 I should receive approximately $3000/£2500 back, we are now into March but I would still like to honour from January as thats when I asked and I have received no other support in terms of the program from roughly the end of December 2021. I believe that my money has been spent by the company and that they now don't have it to return to me. I find this to be completely unacceptable and not a way to run a business. I have tried to resolve this amicably but now feel I need your help, especially as I am based in the UK and up against a US business. I look forward to hearing from you.
