    This company is a scam and they use bait and switch tactics. They are shady and have filed a complaint with the *** and FTC as this is clearly fraud they are committing.

    scam nothing else, I got the system paid 400, it was malfunctioning from the start Blink customer service asked me to escalate that case then they will drag the escalation for two months after that they told me there is nothing they can do for me also I'm not allowed to return this trash since the window of return expired when they were holding me with a promise to fix it. I find this company, not trustworthy , scammers and liars using clients to get money for garbage

    We bought the blink home security as it was advertised as no fees or subscription if use your own USB flash drive. After 30 days it worked the 45 days it worked when it wanted to and after 2 months it completely stopped working. After calls to the customer service who do not speak very well english at all they stated without a subscription and pay a monthly fee it will not record clips. This product does not work at all now. Save your money
