      Dirtyist drug infested hotel, can't see the bottom of the pool so green with slime. Not safe. Solicited for drugs first 5 minutes. Most rooms filled with people living there who smoke in their room. Not safe for kids. Messed up my reservation and tried to refund me a ***** on paper and said reveibe the rest in 5 days. Barely spoke English

      Utterly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life, They have luggage carts that you can't use if you are on the 2nd floor because they don't have an elevator. So why have them? Not senior citizen-friendly. We were on a floor with families, dogs, and unruly kids running around the hallway knocking on people's doors and dogs would not stop barking. The stairs are exhausting with an OLD, SMELLY rug, it triggered my asthma every time I went up to my room. Card keys needed to be activated every, sometimes twice a day, and I finally had them come up and unlock my door. The breakfast was geared toward children, adults got bread and gross coffee. The pool area was dirty and cluttered with debris. The hotel in general stunk. The most positive thing was there was plenty of parking.

      No where on their site does it mention an age restriction. I booked a room for my adult son who is almost 21 and his soon to be fiance. He wanted a nice room for a romantic weekend surprise birthday present. With a 5 and a half hour drive, they refuse to allow my son to stay at this hotel because he is not 21 or older. They stated that if he would have shown up they would have refused him at the counter. I only found out ahead of time because I called to confirm the booking a couple days prior and to check the amenities.I had booked it well in advance so had a decent rate. With it being last minute the rates are high and availability is very limited so he is stuck with a much more budget lodging at a higher rate.I explained the situation and they spoke to the general manager where he stated he would make no exceptions. This is completely unacceptable behavior on Red Lion's behalf! They need to be very clear on their website and ask for age at booking if they want to enforce such policies. He is an adult that can join the military, vote, get married...but he can't stay in a hotel because they think he will party and trash the room?Both myself and my son's future in-laws travel frequently and as a result of this treatment, I will never stay at a Red Lion again and i will encourage them to do the same. I will also encourage anyone reading this to move along as I will tell everyone I know!

      Do NOT go here! Rooms are disgusting and dirty! There are holes and chipping paint, dirty floors (haven't been cleaned in years and you can tell), mold, missing drawers where there's supposed to be drawers, roaches (alive and dead). ******** had a horrible smell and mold on *************** 216 had a missing smoke detector and stains on sheets and towels. Room 212 the toilet wouldn't flush. Room 224 (animal room) had hair someone who had been there before us hair under the sink, door to room doesn't close all the way unless you push it closed. The smell from 211 made my daughter sick and throw up. I'm itchy right now laying in the bed (Room 224). How are they still in business?!

      The Knights Inn on ********** and ******* ****************, ********, is a scam; it is filthy, run-down, and stinks. I walked into the room, and all I could smell was urine; when I went to get a refund, I was told no because it was past the ten-minute rule I don't how this place stays open it's horrible that Priceline on their site says refund it changed with them and now I'm out of money for a place I literally put one foot in and said no.

      *******'s Best Value Inn, ************************************************************************************ Stay somewhere else!Was promised a refund and did not get it.Black mold in bathroom. Bathroom door had signs of flooding. It was swollen at the bottom and would not shut. Could not take a shower because the tub spout would not pull up to divert the water to the shower head.Missing light fixtures. Missing light bulbs. Cigarette ***** on furniture. The ac had one setting. There was always a cigarette smoke coming thru and made it difficult to sleep.My wife and I have been sick for a week now since staying at this hotel.Considering suing for lost wages.Thanks for nothing!

      Did not want to add one star however, had to in order to make a review. My sisters and I stayed at Guesthouse Inn ********, **. For my Sons Wedding 10/20/2023-10/22/2023. I booked the room in advance, and when checking in just mentioned we would each be paying for our stay that was a mistake! They take payment when you arrive and I told my sisters and we became super busy and then some might say it was our fault we totally forgot and received a notice on our door on Sat. After arriving home from the wedding. My sister went to pay and told the hotel clerk not to charge the card on file. Which was mine, and charge hers. Well that person had charged my card , then refunded my card and the charged my sisters card and then refunded. Then charged my card again. then charged her card again after I called and said what are you all doing? I need to speak to a manager and no I was not saying please and thank you at this point.. my sister called first and warned **************** would be calling and I would be angry, she refused to come to the phone and had a Boyfriend get on the phone and hang up on me every time I called and asked to speak to a manager, supervisor or owner. I had asked ******* herself to connect me with someone like a supervisor, manager .. she laughed and said that was her. Then left for her two days off. I couldnt get this figured out until Wednesday due to the weekend.. I went home with $18 in my account with their incompetence.. I had to drive from ************ with no gas, no food at home until this was resolved because this all took place over *******************. I will never stay at a guest house Inn, Red Lion Family of Hotels, or anything that is owned by Sonista! Also this was a 2 star hotel that again some Will fault me for staying.. it was here or camp and I was freezing so I choose their. Big Mistake! Especially after I have read the other reviews.

      To whom it may concern,You people should be ashamed of yourselves by posing as a service business in ********* *******. I live 80 miles north of Kalispells ******************* in *******, *******. Due to having a risky Cardiac procedure at **************** I was told to stay the night of 10-20-23 in ********* by ****** cardiac team. I selected ********** and made a confirmed reservation due to room availability and the close proximity to ***** ************************ After being discharged from a 6 hour stay in the Cardiac recovery unit, my wife drove me across the highway to your facility to check in at 8:00pm only to be informed by the Best Value Inn front desk that my reservation with confirmation number would not be honored by **********. Due to just being released from my Cardiac surgery, I decided it was best for me to stay calm and not come inside your lobby to voice my total disgust with your treatment of my situation with disregard to my health and well-being. This disgust was enhanced by the fact that your local phone number would not be answered. I did put in the notes section of my reservation that I would be coming to ********** after having a Heart Procedure and asked for a ground floor room. So I called several times before my surgery to see if a ground floor room would be available for me. Every time I called the operator never answered the phone, and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. If you are a Better Business Bureau member or a member of the ********* Chamber of Commerce, be advised that I will be sending a copy of this email to them. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this poor service on confirmed reservation # *****SE019069.

      Checked in, paid in advance. Was placed in a room with an adjoining door to the room next to us. The adjoining room had prostitutes frequenting the room. The noise was over the top disturbing and traumatizing. Complained multiple times to management. Management was indifferent, berated me for being a female. Manager justified the prostitutes by saying "there are four men with jobs in that room, they work construction." I said that I work too. Then he made sexually inappropriate jokes about the situation in front of my children. He promised me a refund if I checked out, when checking out, he refused to give the refund and had me trespassed from the property. I filed a ****** report and management confirmed everything I said was true to the ******* ****** were concerned about human trafficking. Room had roaches, mold, and no vent fan in the bathroom. Told front desk at check in that no house keeping was necessary due to allergies to cleansers, but they repeatedly came in and sprayed cleansers and smoked in my non smoking room. Parent company Sonesta, has not brought about any results regarding the concerns addressed in the ****** report. And now the manager is refusing a refund. Upon leaving to call the ****** when the manager wasn't cooperative, he stood up and chased me out of the office.

      I went here with my 3 children. One of my children is disabled and that was well known before arrival. I within 4 hours was switched to 4 diffrent rooms. There's was mold, holes in walls. Cigarette ***** in the blanket on beds. Mold in refrigerator and microwave. Floors were black, stains all over the walls. Broken glass from pictures on walls. Had a stench so ridiculous it made you sick. People were outside partying g playing loud music. Then I opened up a drawer and cockroaches scrambled. I ended up leaving at 230 a.m after paying ****** in which they refuse to refund my money. I am waiting to get into a apartment and they literally called the cops on me instead as if I did something wrong. I just want my money back. They are the most disgusting hotel I've seen ever in my life and there stealing from people. It's uncalled for and wrong. Only giving one star because I have to mark one I would give them none.
