    I had some questions about an item I wanted to order plus this company asks for you to file your credit card with them. I use PayPal and was suspicious. If one has PayPal, it is not necessary to give them your credit card. Also, this company NEVER answers their customer service phone number! I do not want to do business with them, but I definitely would like to delete my account! Currently, they have not responded to my request to delete my account!

    Sorry for the confused and inconvenience caused. Customer not necessary to give credit card if they choose to pay by PayPal.  If payment method been choose by PayPal Express when submit order, our website will transfer customer to PayPal official page and will never ask for CC info. , Specific guidance have been sent to customer.

    Excellent Co. Easy ordering, very reasonable prices and only place I was able to find exactly what I needed for my pool rail. None of the pools stores here in ********** had any Escutcheons. Will order again. Keep up the good work.
