1 starMy mom ***** and her care taker went into Jordans to buy a mattress. My mom is 92 aland when her care taker started asking questions , ***** asked who the mattress was for and who was paying for it. My 92 year old mom said its for me and Im paying for it!! ***** then turned her attention to my mom and discounted her care giver. Whats your limit ? My mom replied no limit. She was then brought to the high end mattress, her care taker tried to intervene and was ignored. He actually went to another associate to show a text I sent him regarding the amount my mom should be paying, no more than ******. The associate went to ***** and advised. They then went to a more affordable mattress. When *** asked to see the contact, she gave it to my 92 year old and said we need to make her feel important. Wouldnt let her care taker touch it.***** needs to know that she needs to involve others when it comes to the elderly. I tried to contact ***** and left a message to contact me, I never received a callback. The night before delivery, my mom wanted to cancel. She also thought she owed money and needed to go into Jordans. I asked for the contact and showed she already paid.She had a horrible night sleep and wanted to talk with ***** so I brought her back in. Which was perfect.While I was there, I acknowledged how *** was treated and really didnt get a response. Very disappointed. My mom was told , in her contract, she should give the mattress 90 days to break in. If she returned the mattress it would be an additional ******. Of course she didnt want to pay this so she will give it ******* very disappointed, if my moms care taker was given the opportunity to view the contract and relate all of this important information I would not have had to go back to ask myself. My moms is 92 and her care taker was not even allowed to speak. Imagine how frustrating that was for him. 1 starWe purchased a leather dual recliner couch in December of 2021. Last week, spot welds broke on the bracket which is responsible for raising/lowering the footrest. Since it is a metal support bracket, I assumed it was part of the frame which is warrantied for 10 years. Not so. Apparently this type of defect only has 2 years of coverage.
The support rep told me that Jordan's can't procure the part. Instead, I would have to order an entire assembly direct from the manufactuer or get the bracket welded myself.
Had I had this couch for a long period of time, I could almost accept this solution. I have only owned this couch for 3 1/2 years. Having 2 spot welds fail simultaneously is clearly a manufactering defect. Certainly Jordans is correct in saying its out of the warranty period and can wash their hands of the whole thing. But to spend a couple of thousand dollars on this couch and have it fail in under 4 years, and then be told to essentially take a hike is unacceptable. 1 starWe bought a large customized sectional. Within 48 hours, my cats had destroyed it. I have NEVER seen a piece of furniture ruined so quickly by cat claws. There are large pulled threads all over the couch, and not even just where the cats would have scratched either, but also on tops of the cushions, as if the cats just walking across the furniture is ruining it. The kicker is that we discussed our issue with cat scratching with the sales person when we were buying the piece. She recommended a "tighter weave" because it would be harder to damage. What we were sold is apparently the EASIEST fabric to damage in the ********* for the fun part. Because it's a custom piece, we were told we could only get 70% of our investment back. This means we are taking a hit of $1200 for a ruined couch we won't have anymore. What's MORE, is that apparently ******** only gives refunds in store credit! Lucky for us though, if you don't redeem the store credit for a year, the money goes to findmassmoney, at which point we can get it back from the state. Of all the dumb, needless, hoops to make people jump through to get their money back, this is truly ridiculous.The icing on the cake is that we financed, so we will have to pay monthly for a sh***y couch we no longer get own, and only after a year's time can we go retrieve our money from a different organization entirely. That couch was our first and last purchase from ********* Furniture.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

1 starHi I purchased a bedroom set on March 1, 2025, very happy with the bedroom set, but that day when I applied for financing, it went through fine, my problem is the next week I received 7 denial letters from various banks saying I had applied for credit , I never applied to any of them, I believe they got my information from me applying at Jordans that day because all the ba is had pretty much had the same date. My information was leaked there somehow. I am very upset about this. I have always had perfect credit, *** had to report fraud and freeze all my credit reports, the credit report company had me file a police report. I didnt want to write this under a review but I had no choice, I called you twice with no reasonable answer and I emailed Jordans with no response. 1 starBought a bar, mattress and table from ********* The bar has a crack on the top of the bar, one bar stool has a crack in the actually seat. We purchased a warranty but it is not covered under the warranty because it is past the first year and the damage is due to a manufacturer issue (according to the warranty repair department). ******** sent out their own in-house repair man whom was only able to put resin on the crack (which didn't change the crack as it is very noticeable) and unable to fix the stool chair (both pieces he claims cracked due to environment). The repair man said he would put in a claim to replace chair. ******** called us back and said they would replace the top of the chair (seat only) but we needed to pay for a worker to come to our home (which would be $120) or pick up the chair ourselves and change out the seat ourselves (this would be a over a 4 hour trip - round trip). One stool chair, new, is $200. We were told if we had broken it ourselves or damaged it ourselves they would fix it or replace it, by warranty. Absolutely absurd that if I damage it they will fix it but if the manufacturer doesn't make it right then they will do nothing. We took a picture, on the showroom floor, of the same piece and it had the same crack on it (the same location). Absurd the in-house repairman would say it is an environmental issue when there piece had the same crack and it is a building with temperature control. Buyer beware - do not buy the warranty, do not purchase from a company who doesn't back the manufacturers of their products, and do not buy from a company who isn't looking out for their customers.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

1 starBought a Sealy Mattress from ******** Furniture. I am so disappointed with ******** Furniture. For over 25 years I have purchased my furniture but never again. I called ******** to see what I could do about my Mattress that is only 3 years old but is no longer firm. The **************** said there is nothing that could be done because it is no longer comfortable . She continued to argue with me and finally said fine I will send you a link you send photos and we will decide what to do from there. This was over 2 weeks ago no link sent. When I asked why they couldn't send a tech out to see touch and feel to judge the mattress they said that is not how we work. Well obvious they do not stand behind there product. When I asked to speak to the Salesperson that sold me the mattress ******** said there is no need because the salesperson can't do anything. Yet they can sell me a Mattress but not stand behind the product saying that "this mattress should last you 8 to 10 years." It is not even close. I wished I had check the reviews because I was not aware that there are a lot of unhappy people with ********. 1 starBought a dinning room set a couple years back. Now every chair and bench is broken. The straps underneath all have ripped and the set was barely used!! Anyone over 200lbs cant sit in the chairs, embarrassing! Ive called Jordans furniture and they told me I would have to pay to have them all fixed, how does that make sense when its clearly their product malfunctioning! I called the warranty company and they came out for stains , the technician looked at the chairs underneath when we explained what was happening and he couldnt believe it! He even took pictures of them! Very disappointing as my family and I have also purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Jordans in the past and never had these issue or such poor quality. Also when speaking with the customer service **** she had told me they even discontinued the set- so clearly there are some major issues with this set.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

1 starInterviewed with *** from HR. First ten minutes of the interview were okay. My location is listed on my resume, so it was odd when *** asked where I was located and how far the commute would be. I gave her the information and shared I was comfortable with a hybrid approach. The conversation ended shortly after, it was a total 15 minutes. A week goes by, then I get a phone call from ***. She tells me theyre going forward with different candidates. Literally less than 30 seconds later I get an email saying the same thing. Overall the process was disappointing, she could have saved us both time if she actually read my resume, and on top of that giving me two forms of rejection within 60 seconds comes off as very disorganized and totally unnecessary. Someone with over 10+ years experience with the company and with the HR team really should be more professional.Jordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

2 starsI have been dealing with ****** regarding a tv console I purchased few years ago and is now out of warranty. It's an expensive console and it has over the past few years have the slats on 2 doors pulling away from the doors itself. There is no one to fix them as I've called around and they say no parts available. I would hope that over the years that we've bought alot of furniture from ************** they would make things right. So far no luck.I'm stuckJordan's Furniture Co., Inc.

I have heard from ****** from repair **** via email.He is making arrangements to pick up the console. I'm told it would cost between 100 - 200 to repair. I would be happy with that.
