    I bought a 2018 jeep Cherokee limited. It has a small dent in the passenger door when I bought it. Herb chambers agreed to fix it. I've waited over a month for this to be resolved. The issue is they claim I owe over 500$ towards the pay off of the 2011 jeep Cherokee I traded in. Herb chambers emailed me that I needed to sign one more piece of the contract for the payoff. I was on my way to sign the paperwork and the representative called on the phone that everything is all set and I don't need to sign anything the payoff has gone through. I want this dent fixed and they won't fix it til I pay over 500$$ for their mistake. I actually called credit one who is handling the 2011 payoff and has in fact been paid off. Herb chambers wants me to pay money that isn't owed. I believe it's because they sold me a jeep with a dent and I'm expected to pay for the repair. The scheduled date to fix it was July 5th and it was no problem, no money owed.

    Been trying to get an answer from herb chambers Jeep of Millbury on a refund towards my extended warranty, for close to a month and a half. Every time I call "the woman that handles that is not in and we'll call you first thing in the morning" or "we have your number we'll call you tomorrow." I've never once been called back or emailed, Not once have they reached out to me. I've had to call every time since this process has begun. Furthermore even filing the paperwork to get the refund on the warranty was a complete waste of time. I was originally told that I just had to make a phone call and show proof of trade on the vehicle. Sure enough the finance mangers we're all busy every-time I had called and couldn't possibly help me. Even though in the past it was a 5 minute stop at the dealership to sign paperwork and 3 weeks later I had a check in the mailbox. It took my driving to the dealership and signing the paperwork in person to get them to give the time I deserved. The complete shame of the deal is that the customer service when I bought my Jeep changed my opinion of herb chambers as a company. Now the customer service after I have traded it in is proving exactly what I originally thought about herb chambers to be spot on. I will never shop there again because of the joke they call "customer service." The attempt to get the refund is still ongoing, all that I would like to know is if they had already filed the paperwork with the warranty company but even that is apparently too much to ask. I'm tired of hearing that no one is available to help me or even answer my questions. Save yourself the time and spend the fuel to drive further to a different dealership.
