      15 days since we ordered and paid in full for ******** tires. They have the ******** tires covers out front of tire Center in *******, **. Still waiting to get a call that our tires have arrived.Asking for a significant discount. Not certain when this will be resolved. Anyone else had experiences with the ********** Pastor C.

      I ordered new tires online and made an appointment. I show up at my appointment on time and nobody is at the store. It's literally empty. I call the number and they can't find anyone to come in and install the $1100 set of tires I purchased. I guess they don't want my business. Don't waste your time with this second rate operation and get your tires somewhere else.

      An employee in this store sold me a display model of a product and told me I had 24 hours to pick-up. One manager on duty went to make sure the display was available for sale, she came back and said yes. Another manager had to come by to approve a price override. I left the store to get my truck then they called and said they can't sell me the product and that the employee didn't know that he isn't allowed to sell it. Two managers also didn't know that. I called the next day to speak to the ** who said he couldn't do anything about it and I should call "home office." That was a Sunday so I waiting until the following day and called the number he gave me which led me to a call center who, after I explained the situation, referred me back to this location to speak with the manager. 10/10 canceling my membership and going to ******.

      We received a Promotional Rate from BJ's through the mail offering a $15 membership for the year. I went online to process the $15 fee and their system charged me the full $60 fee. I immediately cancelled the account once I saw they charged me the $60 fee. I communicated with them for a full month trying to get our money back and they kept telling me it would take 2-3 weeks for a refund which was a lie. I finally got in touch with the Membership Supervisor who told me it took 21 business days to process a refund. It was almost a month before they even tried to refund my money and when they tried to process it online, they said their system wouldn't allow it. So they supposedly have requested a check refund that will take 6-8 WEEKS to process. The people in the store were no help at all! I will NEVER USE BJ'S again as they totally misrepresented their advertising and promotional offers to their customers. I don't do business with people who misrepresent themselves and don't have good ethical business practices. If I had known in advance that this was not a BBB Accredited Business, I would have never joined in the first place.

      BJ's has indicated that you would get up to 15% rebate on a purchase of a ********** costing mor than $398.00 by requesting a *********** + credit card. The offer is active from July 8 to early August 2025. I requested and was approved for the credit card and was awaiting the actual credit card. I contacted both BJ's and *********** regarding the ********** offer and they informed me that the approved card from *********** is not valid to take advantage of this offer which was stated in the advertising material from BJ's. Please be aware of this deceptive advertising to avoid be duped and highly upset if you do purchase the ********** and do not get the advertised 15% rebate. One other fact that BJ's also stated that the credit card would not also give an individual who used the *********** card to pay for gasoline would also not get the advertised cents off for using this same *********** credit card.

      Terrible from the customer service to the store to the delivery everything about this place is a mess then when you order online they hold $50 and will keep it for 3 weeks plus before they release it this place is embarrassing

      BJ's has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! I ordered a patio dining set, it arrived 12 days later and I spent several hours putting it together. At first, it appeared to be awesome - so much so that I immediately submitted a raving review! Then TWO days later when I sat at the table for the first time to eat, I noticed that several of the boards on the table top were completely disconnected from the screws. I immediately reached out to BJs over email, sending pictures. It has now been 26 days and I keep getting led in circles over email and the phone. I was offered a 10% "credit" and told that they would have someone pick up the product. Of course, I cannot replace a table with 10% of what I paid! All I need is a new table! And conveniently, I cannot update my review on BJs platform!

      Very poor customer service, went to complain about not understanding the lady at the checkout who spoke broken English and I couldn't complete my transaction so went to escalate the situation and was told the front end coordinator that I couldn't understand the employee and was told.... Well she could say the same thing about me!! My mouth just dropped! I pulled out my phone to start recording this individual and ask her to repeat that last *************** never did. I finally took my purchase to the front desk to pay for it and never went back again. After going home I called the 800 Number for customer service and made multiple calls which took ALot of time and got no where. The customer service employees also spoke very hard to decipher was just adding salt to the wound. Everyone who answered the phone spoke very poor English and were very limited in their knowledge of good customer service. In the end I got no where but apologies. The employees at the store level were lethargic and scarce. Not a happy place to shop. Going to cosco and see what happens.

      I ****** 2 Queen bed sets paid extra to get them delivered to me plus and added 60 dollar tip. To have this not delivered to me, signed for by the delivery person. I am out over 1200 dollars. And they going to tell me to take it up with my bank. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I am sorry that I got a mebership from them.
