            3 weeks ago I called because my car doesn't start every day after having the battery replaced one year ago. I have to jump start my car 2-3 times a week. I called, was told wait 14 days no rental, my husband goes there they take the car immediately and give me a rental and fix it the same day. Drove my car on 1/31 today 2/2 it won't start. I call them and have to wait 14 days again with no rental and it won't start with a jump and they won't come get it. They keep telling me I have to drive it everyday, it's a 2019 with 25K miles on it. I work from home. It wasn't a problem for 2 years and now for the past 2 years I have to jump start my car every time I try to drive it. I don't know why they won't help me, but they will help my husband when he goes there. Some might say discrimination or trying to take advantage of a woman. I'm at that point. 3 brand new cars from this dealership over the past 10 years and they can't fix a battery for 14 days.

            We purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester from them in August 2019; in October 2022, the AT Oil Temp and Eyesight Failure engine lights began flashing. Their service department has attempted to fix the problem on three separate occasions. On 12/06/2022, we were told the car was ready and we could get it. On the drive home, the same two original issues reappeared. Today, 12/07/2022, the car is there for the fourth time to address the issue they cannot fix.
