5 stars*** walked me through all the different options for a centrifuge, some that he had in stock and some that he didn't. We figured out what type would fit my needs and I purchased one. We ended up with the incorrect insert and *** searched for a replacement. He just found them and sent them to me. Thanks ***! I would totally use them again for any of my lab needs.The Lab World Group
