We are a small lab at the ************************************* (Eisenmesser lab) and purchased a SpectraMax 384 for a very fair price. The lab World Group helped ** trouble shoot the software, they were kind, they responded quickly, and helped us get everything underway to the point of using this incredible machine every day. We are VERY happy with their surface and advice and I will certainly suggest this company to my colleagues as well as use them in the future for any other equipment needs.The Lab World Group Response

Bought a -80 and a couple of Countess II cell counters from Lab World Group, all in excellent working condition, good pricing, and easy to work with. ********'s have a known memory issue which Lab World Group is always willing to resolve. Should be your 1st search if you're responsible for buying lab equipment and someone who cares about ROI / budget.The Lab World Group Response

*** walked me through all the different options for a centrifuge, some that he had in stock and some that he didn't. We figured out what type would fit my needs and I purchased one. We ended up with the incorrect insert and *** searched for a replacement. He just found them and sent them to me. Thanks ***! The Lab World Group was easy to work with, provided lots of detailed pictures and videos of the equipment I was interested in purchasing. Once I approved the quote, they sent pictures of the unit again, the unit wrapped for transportation, along with an operator's manual. They responded quickly to my questions and communicative through the entire process. And ... not like other companies ... I received exactly what was in the pictures (no bait-and-switch)! I'd purchase again from The Lab World should the opportunity arise. Thank YOU for your excellent service and care!The Lab World Group Response
