  Keep in mind i have used their services before and they were great but this time it was not what was expected. Arrangements for Items to be picked up on 10/24/23. Provided picture of items to be picked up as requested. was advised of the terms, pricing, and how it actually works. At this point i advised them of the amount I would be spending so they began loading items i went back inside and waited until i was told the task had been completed. Initially it looked like a lot had been removed and was thinking all that could be removed was removed. So paper work was signed and fee paid. I decided to take another look at the items not taken and realized (my opinion) not very much was taken. After scrutinizing over the job that was really wasnt performed . I contacted customer service on 10/27/23 advised someone would be follow up with me shortly. On Monday 10/30/23 *********************** a manager returned my call discussed the issue the removal and me to provided pictures of the items before and after of items removed, i was told he discuss the matter with his general manager and would get back in touch with me with a resolution and/or decision. Which i never got a return call i had to call ************** the manager and was advised that after reviewing the pictures according to their stipulations and terms all procedures were followed and the fee was correct . The only thing they could offer was the remaining items could be removed at half price . I respectfully declined stating i overpaid the first, Thanks but no thanks and will not be using them again, JUST KNOW I USED THEM BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT THIS TIME THEY ROBED ME. YOU TELL ME DO IT LOOK LIKE $300 WORTH WAS REMOVED ??!!??!!

  Absolute scam. What was supposed to be free removal for a donation turned into, $50-$100 estimate and then wound up charging us $328 just to remove a sofa and loveseat. Go elsewhere or just contact your city/municipality to come get your junk for free.

  **** and ******** were very courteous and helpful. Worked with us on our concerns. Just really went out of their way to be helpful. Timing was excellent.

  Mother called and they scheduled a time and rescheduled 4 times same day and never showed. Website stated $650 for a full truck. They came out and told her various prices for various size tires. So they charged her $2250.00 to take 90 tires. 60 without rims and 30 with rims. No where on the website does it state you will be charged extra. The company out of *********, ** stated it was $750 to fill a truck. They wanted to charge her $500 to take a tractor tire. This is very deceptive and the company should have something on their website stating this. We called the 1 800 number and they said if she agreed to it then there is nothing they can do and hung up. I think we will be contacting a lawyer for deceptive practice.

  Just used 1-800-got-junk ********, ** for a second time and I love their service. Their workmen were friendly and quick. I highly recommend them.

  They caused property damage to our house. They destroyed a tree and damaged our fence. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and didn't even come to our property to survey the damage. We are contacting an attorney.

  I was very satisfied with the job performed by ******** and ***** on the removal of my late fathers storage unit. They were courteous and professional. Yes the pricing is high until you factor in the 100+ temperature they had to endure, the weight of items to be moved, the amount of items to remove, and the result afterwards of not having to *********** myself. What they do is very laborious and for the time and effort these young men provided my family it was money well spent!
