  Horrible business, they came out and quoted removal of piano for $500.00, they came out with two guys, then they said they needed two more guys, then radio silent. Very unprofessional with the communication. They could of just said they can't move the piano. Will never use this company again..

  They called to say theyd be 30 minutes late. They were even later. They showed up and told my husband it would be $90 more than the quoted price. My husband refused. It was like bartering with these guys. Ridiculous. I could hear them complaining the entire time they were getting rid of the piano. Rude. Dont use them.

  They are way overpriced !!!They wanted $1,000 to haul away 50 trash bags of aluminum cans - ha hee I got it done for $200.I would never ever use this company nor recommend them !!!

  Late. Told they would be here late however they would call me. No call. They were picking up 2 small desks, a hutch and 3 lamps. They wanted 358 dollars! I argued and got it down but that is ridiculous!

  Zero stars if I could. I was scheduled for a pick up and an hour before they called and cancelled because they were busy on another job. We rescheduled for the next day. No one showed. When I called the company they said the team tried to call me all day and that they still cannot come out. I have no missed calls or voicemails. No one called me. I declined another reschedule and will find another company to give my money to.

  Very satisfied, would definitely use them again. *** and **** (*************, **) did a great job removing renovation debris, cardboard, branches, a nonworking dryer and a very heavy china cabinet (from the basement!) left behind by our tenants. They showed me the pricing categories up front, then after looking at it all, estimated it would be a full truck. It certainly was full! Their office was proactive in confirming the appointment, telling me when they would be there (a reasonable 2-hour window), updated that in the morning, and confirmed that they had arrived. Not cheap but we got good value and no worries. Excellent all around!

  The whole process was fast and easy. ******* arrived earlier then scheduled and everything was done in 10 mins. Very kind, fast, and professional. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to get rid of stuff without ******. Thank you.

  Total scam. No pricing until they come out they can't do anything in life right and I will never use this business again they took all my information and then told me they didn't come to my ZIP code and when I called they said they did come out but they can't tell me what it's going to cost. I do not recommend this place at all ever

  I used 1-800-Got-Junk in ******** on 10/20/23. We were clearing out a storage unit and had a truck bed full of junk and no where to put it. We were really in a predicament because we had a long drive back to ******, ** and we needed to get rid of all the junk I had in my truck bed. It was after business hours so the city dumps were closed. The two gentlemen who came out were fast, friendly, and explained the pricing. They emptied the truck bed fast and I was on my way! I would highly recommend 1800-GOT-JUNK.

  1 800 Got Junk is an over priced ripoff. Payed by check on October 12 and it still hasnt cleared my bank yet! That was a month ago! Called and they told me that the owner was on vacation. What does that have to do with depositing a check! Will never use their services again!
