5 starsI came in contact with this company at a Staples. A gentleman was there handing out pamphlets for Mass Save. I called Revise and someone came out at my convenience, gave me a complete mockup of what the system would like in each room. Went over every question we had, text, email and phone call. Helping with the application process with Mass Save, before and after installation. Three gentlemen came to do the install and every one of them were professional, neat, efficient and respectful. I cannot say enough of good thing about this company My husband and I contacted two other companies for price comparison, and they were all around the same cost. It was the customer service that really stood out for us, and they did not disappoint.Sincerely ******* ********

5 starsRevise did fine work from start to finish. Massave is another story. Revise has an employee dedicated to handling Massave difficulties. If you get your rebate, it will be quite late. Haven't really had enough weather change to test the system yet. I am confident that it will work well.Revise, Inc.

1 starI had revise do my insulation work about a year and a half ago. They completely botched the job. I recently called an independent inspector to come in with thermal imaging to see what they missed. WHOLE SECTIONS of primary rooms: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms, etc. Were missing insulation.The images were purple showing that cold air was passing right through.They were then contacted to redo that work. Today is the day they were scheduled to do that work. They no-called no showed the job. Which is the same thing they did to me two years ago. I had to chase them down then and I had to chase them down today. They tried to give me some bs excuse that the truck broke down today. Except that I got an automated text message yesterday at 4pm that looked like they were trying to reschedule the appointment. So which is it? The audacity of trying to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, not confirming with me at all and just deciding that "nope we aren't sending anyone and we aren't calling the homeowner." I had to call them after they were 2 hours late for the appointment.If you are getting insulation work done please do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else to do it for you. These people do not respect your time, your money, or your home.
