3 starsThey did not give us the rebate they offered. Short and simple. Many times when planning the insulation project they told us that, if we removed *********** from our 3 family, they would rebate $250 per unit. We spent thousands for electricians to remove the ***********. Then Revise installed insulation. And we're still waiting for the rebate. We got a convoluted explanation which tells me...it was just a ploy. Don't be fooled.Review fromLori Y

1 starHow Revise has a BBB Score of 4.76 (at this time of review) is beyond me. If there was a way to leave a zero star review I would. They must see these bad reviews and then finally show up to the client to fix the problem then ask for the customer to "******************" (wait now I see how they got their name) their reviews. Revise has a lot of issues getting crews back out to fix issues which are still under warranty. Most recently my mini split in my son's room began producing a loud banging sound and a lot of condensation; enough to ruin a lamp shade and the floor. When we called to have the problem resolved Revise, we accommodated their schedule with ours, but they never showed. No call, no show after rearranging our workday to be available. We texted with an employee (*****) from revise who said ***** (The Field Manager) would reach out on Monday morning to reschedule. Monday came and went at 6:56pm I emailed ***** and ***** stating we never received any communication from *****. Within the minute ***** responded stating he was just getting in from a "nightmare install" and would call me the following morning. I find it hard to believe that he was just getting in, when all the crews we've dealt with from revise left our home no later than 4pm (we had them do other work in the past) with or without a mess to be cleaned. Luckily ***** called me back the following morning to reschedule. His crew was supposed to be here this morning between 8-9am it is currently 9:45am and once again, zero communication on being late or missing an appointment.We have no clue how we're supposed to be the "first appointment" of the day and still no crew or communication. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REVISE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. Once the money is in their hands, you're and after thought.Review fromElizabeth D

5 starsExtremely happy with the Revise, ***** ****** was very helpful with the planning, and the installation crews were very polite and professional, the electricians, and the cleaning crews, the engineers ***** and **** are very skill, clean, and professional, we are so please to have them as our HVAC installation group, I will definitely recognize Revise *** for anyone who needs the same work.
