    Hubspot will not allow us to cancel a 5K dollar a month re-occuring charge that someone in my company signed me up to. My team was trying to do the right thing and set up a new CRM system. I have never seen a CRM system keep you in an agreement and not have a way to cancel. I have sent this to our lawyer- what a pain and they have zero flexibility... DO NOT choose Hubspot.. Choose active campaign, klavio or GHL.. They have friendly staff..

    Stay away at all costs. My company was promised that HubSpot would be a great fit for our company, but was met with an INSTANT block after payment was made. While the initial **** ****** *********, was easy to work with, he left out key details about how HubSpot will block your account without any cause.I attempted to work with their support and cs team for almost 2 months without any progress being made on lifting our blockage.We burned almost $12k (as we paid the bill upfront) to receive just about nothing. What's even worse is that they do NOT allow for any refunds, despite their rep ***** *** telling me that they can.Complete waste of time. Do not work with this company - they run their business very close to how a scam center does.I am going to request the refund through my bank, as I was lied to by ***** *** that we would receive a refund.

    Worst company in the world with software engineers who clearly dont know what theyre doing. I tried on 3 different devices to reschedule an interview and the fields to enter your information do not work.

    They canceled our account and stated we owed $170. I though thtey had charged it, but they didn't.2 months later I get a call from a collections agency in the ** trying to collect over $2000 they say we owed to hubspot. They did not reach out about our balance after I thought they had charged it to our card on file. They refuse all my calls and don't respond to my voicemails. Their billing staff's only response was 'deal with collections

    I signed up for an entry level CRM, which allowed up to ***** email contacts and we uploaded our customer list, which exceeded the ***** allowed in the membership program. I though that it would just tell me that I had to remove the excess contacts. But no, I immediately received a notice that my membership was being upgraded without my approval. I went into the software and opted out of the auto-renew, which I thought cancelled the upgrade.....nevertheless they've now charged me over $600 for a service that I won't use. **************** is not helpful and this is garbage. Do not use HubSpot.

    As an enterprise CRM software user and administrator in the past, my expectations were high and I was initially engaged by the perceived value of the product but HubSpot has really gone overboard in nickle and diming their customers. Its too bad, because its a good product, but putting such simple features behind increasingly more expensive pay walls is such bad business. I usually dont leave negative reviews, but I felt obliged to warn folks out there... if you are considering a CRM, run the other way!

    I am incredibly disappointed in their dishonest business practices and lack of decent customer service. I have been using ********************** for years. Recently, I signed up for a new account on behalf of a client. We discovered that we're overpaying for a tier of service we don't need, and we have attempted to downgrade. I requested their assistance, which is like pulling teeth (they appear to be outsourcing most, if not all, of their support). They will chase you when you're a prospect, but as soon as you're an actual customer, they don't want to hear from you. We are paying nearly $76.00 more monthly than we should be, and they won't fix it.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. It is SO easy to sign up. But after that? It is so difficult to "talk" to anyone. They may return your email. I have had way too many frustrating encounters with this company. If I could cancel I would. The product is okay if you can USE it. My feeling is that there must be better companies out there that are better with communication. If you have a problem with a bill....email us. If you have a problem with the software....email us. Stay away from this company.

    Do not use Hubspot. If you have to cancel, they will not let you. The customer service is hard to deal with and turns over all the time.
