      Food is either soggy or brunt. Drinks are never made correctly and are inconsisteny made. always Missing items and it's impossible to get a response to even request a refund. I've tried 3 times for 3 separate orders and never received refunds for missing items. If I order more than one thing there without a doubt be an item missing. Stopped going to dunkin for a year because they got so bad and decided to give them another shot assuming they would better their quality after price increases and constant negative feedback, but that is wrong... my drink was made incorrectly good was soggy and I was missing an item.. nice to see nothing has changed. I only used dunkin before because of the free drink after so many and they god rid of that so there is no saving ****** especially since said drink is never made correctly. I just find it disgusting that they make it impossible to get a refund when they don't give you all of your items. At this point I am just disputing the credit card charge. They don't deserve to be in business

      I ordered some drinks and snackin bacon thru the drive through. The bacon was cold and burnt. We asked for a fresh one. The manager said it came like that. We told them we wanted our money back. The cashier said that she didn't know how to open up the drawer with out taking another order to give us our money back and that we had to come back in the next day to get our money back.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the most disrespectful, unprofessional people work here. The service is awful. The coffee typically tastes burnt. Ruining the Dunkin Donuts name for sure.

      Manager has a poor attitude towards employees and customers. Calling people names needs to stop. Really needs to be fired and get that place back running right. Employees apparently are not fully trained properly. This place needs a total over hall. Wont be back until I have heard things are being done correctly and new management. If I could put a zero I would.
