I have been trying to return the baby camera I was gifted for a month now at least. I have emailed and emailed and emailed and no one with the company will respond. I have reached out as well on instagram and ******** where I can see they are active, and they still will not respond to me. I need to get my money back, and this company just ignores every time I reach out. There is no phone number that I can even use to reach out to them.Customer Answer

I received a monitor/camera as a baby shower gift. The antenna broke on the monitor. I was told that was not covered under their warranty and they offered me a 30% off discount code to order a new monitor. I ordered the new monitor on 2/10/25. On 3/4/25 I still had not received tracking information. I emailed customer service and was sent a tracking number. The tracking number on 3/4/25 said a shipping label was created on 2/12/25. On 3/14/25 I asked them to cancel the order as it still had not been picked up by ****. They told me they could not cancel it but could ship a new one. I told them I did not want a new one at this point. They did not respond. On 4/13/25 I filed a dispute with my credit card company. A few hours later I received an email from ****** ***** who works in their finance department and was told if I did not cancel the dispute with my credit card by 4/15/25 they would notify my credit card company that I am committing fraud and they would notify local authorities. I again explained that I never received what I ordered and its not lost in transit like they claim since it never left the shipping facility. I have not gotten a response back from them. They are a sorry excuse for a company that caters to infants and families.Customer Answer

I purchased a baby monitor from Bebcare for $271.15 on February 10, 2025, and had an extremely poor experience from beginning to end. Shipping was significantly delayed. A week after the product was marked as shipped, **** still had not received the package, tracking showed it was stuck as label created, awaiting item. I contacted Bebcares customer service and was told to wait longer. After following up again, I was told the delay was due to ****. However, I had already spoken with **** directly, and they confirmed they had never received the package from Bebcare. I relayed this to the customer service representative (*******), who dismissed it, stating that the issue was on ***** side or their warehouses but offered no solution. I requested a replacement unit, as I needed the monitor urgently, but was told I had to wait longer. After persistent follow-up, they finally agreed to send another unit. When I received it, I tested it for a week and found it to be highly unreliable. The app failed to work, and the monitors performance was poor. I contacted customer service again to request a return and refund. At that point, they informed me I was ineligible for a return because I had used a discount code, a restriction that was never clearly disclosed during checkout or in my order confirmation. This policy is extremely deceptive. They promote discount codes nearly every month of the year on their website, yet any use of a discount code automatically makes the purchase final sale. This is not made clear at checkout or in confirmation emails. It effectively renders every purchase final sale unless you pay full price, which feels like a tactic to prevent returns and refunds. It comes across as a scam. After several emails, they finally agreed to accept the return. I shipped the monitor back at my own expense, and tracking confirms they received the item on March 31. I followed up again on April 4 and April 7, but have not received a response or my refund.Customer Answer

Purchased the low-EMF baby monitor from this company in January 2025. Immediately found that the charging cable did not seat into the charging port on one of the units. The unit is clearly defective and when I brought it to the company's attention they began telling me about how the return policy doesn't apply since I used a discount code although I explained the unit is defective. Now the company continues to stall by asking for additional information including videos of the issue so their technical team can troubleshoot. However, there is nothing to troubleshoot in this instance since the charging port is defective. This is wasting my time and money. I have a wifi enabled baby monitor that I have been using for the last 3.5 months. I have had issues with the app not loading the baby camera so I am unable to monitor my child. Most recently, I got a new cell phone and went to login to the baby monitor app. Ever since I have gotten a new phone, the app no longer works. Ive tried to update all that I can on my end and reached out to customer support to have this pressing issue fixed. I received a bebcare camera and monitor as baby shower gift. I recently started using it as my baby is now in her own room in her crib. I could not hear the baby crying on it or even a conversation in the room. I did all the trouble shooting and even spoke to someone on the phone who was trying to tell me they improved the camera so the sound is different (I already own one for my older daughter and have no issues). I finally convince the company to send me a new camera since the sound did not work and they did but only after making ME PAY to send back the damaged camera ($20 something dollars) and taking weeks to resolve. The new camera works completely fine and I can finally hear my child thank goodness so I am thankful for that replacement by them. But I am also having issues with the parent monitor and the up button just completely doesnt work now and the main button to push for enter and talk only occasionally works. When I spoke to someone on the phone they said we would get to that issue later but it was never addressed and they havent answered my email in well over a week and they dont have a number you can call they only can call you and it comes from and unknown number. So now I finally have a working camera but a non working monitor. I clearly got a dud camera monitor package and instead of taking ownership they try to place blame and avoid all responsibility. All I want is a parent monitor replacement now so I can use my camera. This is not by any means a cheap product and I expect the quality and service to match their price. Its a shame Im even having to do this. It shouldnt be a fight to work with customer service or to have a working product. I let them know if they didnt respond I would be reporting them and they still have not responded.Customer Answer

I purchased the Bebcare baby monitor on December 4, 2023 during their so called sale which actually never ends otherwise I would have waited until closer to the time of my baby being born. My baby was finally born on March 21, 2024 and around the first week of April 2024 I tried to start using the baby monitor. The monitor had issues from the beginning and would not connect well to WiFi and kept dropping the connection leaving me unable to monitor my baby. The company told me it was a problem with my WiFi. So I then went and had my entire homes WiFi system upgraded which cost me hundreds of dollars and the camera still failed to work and would not connect to WiFi. Also, everything else in our home that uses WiFi had no connection issues whatsoever, only this Bebcare camera had a problem. I then emailed the company again describing the issue and that there must be a problem with the camera and requested the 1 year warranty be fulfilled. On July 15, 2025 Bebcare customer service refused to honor their warranty and stated the electronics circuitry on the camera unit is damaged internally and that is not covered under warranty. They are making an assumption this is the problem by reviewing a video I sent in of a red light blinking which indicates the camera is not connecting to WiFi. They cannot make assumptions that this is the exact problem. Their warranty terms and conditions clearly state If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. I told them I believed the camera arrived to me with pre existing issues and they are refusing to honor the warranty.Customer Answer

Hello, I am writing a complaint on behalf of Bebcare Baby *********************************** . I currently *try* to use their baby monitor to monitor my baby while sleeping, but the issue I have with the monitor is it dies overnight, therefor leaving me with not being able to see my baby throughout the night. On their website they claim that the monitor lasts up to 20 hours, which would be great, but mine only MAYBE lasts for 6 hours **** I have reached out to customer support (email attached) and they have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with and then, they just stopped responding to me all together. I just want a monitor that lasts at least one night, since there are monitors out there on the market that last 80+ hours (instead of 6 hours ***** Also, on their website they claim to have customer support, and while they do, it's horrible -- I have reached out via email multiple times and have never heard back and then have also tried to use their chat on their website and it either doesn't work or they are just ignoring it. When I reached out customer support they kept asking me for a video of the issue, and I asked them how I would do that? and she just kept copy and pasting the same response "share a video of this issue on your baby monitor" - How am I going to send them a video of my monitor dying within 6 hours? Clearly they outsource their customer support and they are absolutely no help. I either want a new monitor or a check for the amount in which the monitor was purchased for so I can purchase a new one that actually works. I also tried to leave a review on their website but that was not working either, leaving me to understand that this feature is turned off for a VALID reason, and they don't want the true colors of their product to be seen.
