      I am very pleased with my experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was friendly and very accommodating of our financial limitations. The carpet installers were also very friendly and professional, taking extra care not to damage my freshly painted walls. They did a great job with the installation as the carpet looks beautiful. They also took the time to ensure the rooms were thoroughly cleaned to remove all the debris from their work. I would definitely recommend National Floors Direct for the value they offer compared to competitors.

      We were very pleased with the service we received from National Floors Direct. Beginning with the sales presentation that outlined what we should expect through the finished project. The installers were punctual and completed the flooring in a reasonable amount of time. They also were very efficient in leaving the area mess-free. We are pleased with the quality and appearance of the finished project!!

      The worst carpet installation ever! When the salesman came down and quoted me a price, he walked me through the room and told me exactly where the single seam would be. I paid for a certain number of feet of carpet. When the installation guys showed up, the role of carpet was a fraction of what I paid for. They installed the flooring in a bunch of small pieces with seams all over the place. They did this to save money on the materials. It looks horrendous. I paid a lot of money for this carpeting!

      The company from the estimate to the installation was handled professionally and with expertise, they were very concerned with the cost of the product and the quality of the product. The installation was done with a professional attitude that made us feel confident that the product would last a long time!

      MD13875 National Floors Direct is very responsive, from the sales representative to the contractors who installed the floors. My sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what flooring to pick. He was willing to work with pricing and installation dates. The contractors respected my home; they cleaned up, and we did a formal walk-through before they left. National Floors Direct was so great that I referred them to friends and family and am ready to re-do my upstairs. I highly recommend!

      My name is **** ******** and my purchase order was RI12880. The entire process was super easy. Everyone from the sales person to the installers were friendly and professional. Best price by far and I got a ton of estimates before going with National Floors Direct. I was very impressed with my new carpet. Couldn't be happier with my choice in carpet. I highly recommend to all. This company will be doing my kitchen hardwood install as well!

      This was the first time installing carpet in my home so I was very nervous. During the consultation, I expressed my concerns and the technician addressed them all. He even confirmed to ensure he was not giving inaccurate information. I appreciate how thorough he was with his measurements because the installers had the right amount of carpet needed for the installation. The technician also helped me to select the perfect color that would align best with my flooring. I went with the Dolphin Gray and I was not disappointed. I really appreciated the installers arriving at the front end of my installation, because it gave me more time to put my home back together. Before the installers started working, I expressed my concerns that there may be damage to my subfloor as there was a lot of speaking noises and indentations in certain areas. They walked the floor with me before pulling up the carpet. They pulled up the carpet in a small section and showed it to me. It turned out to be worn padding versus damaged subfloor. The installation did not take long and I appreciated that they were continuously cleaning as they went along and when they finished. The finished product exceeded my standards. The carpet is very soft and comfortable and added an air of freshness and newness to the rooms. I would definitely recommend!
