      I am writing to express my disappointment that Quirk ** has unfairly cancelled my service appointment in **********, **. I was told that this decision was made solely because I had reported my problem to VW USA. I was told that I would not be taking my car back to **. This appears to be due to personal ego and an unwillingness to admit their mistake.Despite my repeated attempts to escalate the issue and explain my concerns, the issue has not been resolved. The Service Manager ****** and Service Director ** continue to mismanage the issue. It is heartbreaking that the reputation and operations of such a respected company have been affected by the actions of two individuals.Their actions are either portrayed as ignorance or lies, and as a result, I have had to learn how to replace parts on my car myself for the past week. This is completely inappropriate for a company of **'s stature.I would like an apology for this treatment and for my vehicle to be repaired as originally planned.

      This is a scam company, I purchased an auto part and paid extra for expedited service only to find out that they also had to order the part themselves. The first two days they responded to my email regarding my purchase and they told me I could cancel anytime before the part was sent to me. They do not have it in stock and stop responding to my emails altogether. This business needs to be removed from the internet and not allowed to receive payments for products they advertise to have in stock that they knowingly dont have.

      I brought my car to *** of ********** for an ongoing stuttering issue that has left my car unsafe to drive .They had my vehicle for 10 months putting in a new motor new fuel pump racking up the bill with *** .They returned my vehicle and I was still having the same issue (*** the service manager) sent me a text message telling me he exhausted all repairs on my car and to find a new mechanic. That he could not fix my car. They got paid at least $15,000 from *** almost the value of the vehicle and quirk took another ****** from *** conning me into their rental which caused me a lot of mental anguish not being able to see family and friends because I could not leave ******************...... They will not return calls or messages and my car is still running unsafe. I called the headquarters in ********* over the *** dealerships they never responded the woman who answers the phone refuses to give me the information I need to fix the issue .Working with quirk has been a complete nightmare for me and my family.Not only did they scam *** out of thousands and thousands of dollars but has left me in an unsafe car that is under warranty and they refuse to repair even though they are responsible due to the fact that they need to guarantee their work. (Nightmare never recommended) I have reached out to headquarters and the dealership several times to prevent a lawsuit or suing of the dealership trying to rectify and they refuse any solutions with the vehicle...

      Bait and switch. Website offers a "Quirk Discount" on many cars for sale which is included on the bottom line advertised price. Nowhere does it show any conditions for this discount. When you get to the dealership they start to lay conditions on you such as "trade in required". Completely misleading.

      Extremely Disappointing Experience at Quirk Ram I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Quirk Ram, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating encounters I've had with a dealership. The lack of respect and customer service I received was truly disappointing.From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this dealership had a serious issue with customer service. The service department gave me the run-around, making it incredibly difficult to get a straightforward answer about the ongoing issues with my vehicle.What was even more shocking was when they attributed a vehicle problem to its color, suggesting that "it is what it is" because the car was white. This kind of excuse is not only absurd but also insulting to customers.The communication was another major problem. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, but it only happened after several reminders or when I visited the dealership in person. This lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable.Overall, my experience at Quirk Ram showed a complete lack of respect for customers and a disregard for their loyalty. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs. This dealership's attitude towards its customers is simply unacceptable, and I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to make much-needed improvements.Last visit was June 12, 2023. Had phone calls with service manager and facility with no resolutions. Please feel free to reach me at any time, and I can share with you numerous issues.

      Absolutely the worst dealership I have dealt with. Hiding damage to a brand-new truck when I purchased it. Service issues, with recalls. Taking hours to do simple routine maintenance. I would not recommend to anyone, stay away. Buyer Beware!!!

      In early June 2023, I found a new Genesis *** at Quirk Auto in ********* **. I planned to finance a portion of the car along with a cash down payment. I chose to use money from my ********************** Account. The money was delayed, so the salesman suggested that he could attempt to get financing through Genesis ********* for the entire cost of the vehicle. I could not afford to pay the $800.00/month payment based on the total financing of the car. I asked the salesman, once I receive the TSP funds, could I pay down a portion of the loan and lower my monthly payment?He said that Genesis ******* would allow me to do that. Within a week of the purchase of my ***, I received my tsp funds and immediately posted 2 cash payments to Genesis ******* and requested my new monthly payment based upon these payments and the remaining loan balance.Genesis ******* stated that the $800.00 per month payment could not be changed. Any change could only come as a result of a refinancing of the loan and Genesis ******* DOES NOT REFINANCE THEIR LOANS. This Salesman deals with auto financing on a daily basis. If he had told me that the Monthly payment could not be changed without refinancing, I would have certainly waited (the few more days) to purchase my ***.As I have not been able to secure comparable financing, I borrowed the additional amount to pay off the car, from family members. If this salesman was not aware of the financing options and restrictions, he should have been and should not have given me incomplete information. Given that I already discussed with him my plans for a down payment and limited financing of the car.What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, was a costly nightmare!V/r ****************

      I bought a car from *** of ********** and the management sales personnel and everyone in that place has been nothing but rude and disgusting to me after my purchase!!! This company should be shut down!! It is horrible how they treat people after spending money and knowing that they can get away with being completely unprofessional and not having to care all it is sadly is money in their pockets I hope someone changes something about how they treat customers! I cant WAIT TO GET RIDE OF THIS CAR!!!
