1 starI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order placed during Nobull Black Friday sale. I placed this order in good faith, expecting the item to be fulfilled as advertised. However, a week later, I was informed that my order could not be fulfilled due to lack of inventory.This delay in communication is unacceptable. By the time I was notified, I had already missed out on better deals from other brands during Black Friday. Your proposed resolutiona mere 20% discount on full-priced itemsfeels inadequate and dismissive of the inconvenience caused by your failure to manage inventory and inform customers in a timely ********* an online shopping site, managing inventory is one of the basic functions that needs to be accurate to avoid disappointment to your customers. This experience has shattered my trust in your brand. I will not be purchasing from Nobull Project again, nor will I recommend your products or services to others. Were sorry this happened. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and regret falling short of expectations.
During high-volume times like Black Friday, our warehouse was not fully able to update inventory in real time, which led to the overselling of some items, including yours. While were working hard to fix this process, we know this doesnt change the inconvenience you experienced.

1 starMy experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I was genuinely excited to try these shoes as my new go-to running gear. However, my order sat in "processing" for over a month with no updates. I had to reach out myself just to get basic information on what was going on. The lack of communication and disregard for customers is evident, and its clear that quality customer service is not a priority here. I wont be doing business with No **** again. For future customers, I recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service and respect.NOBULL, LLC

1 starI placed an order at the end of January thinking that it was more than enough time for me to receive my shoes by mid-February. I wanted to take them on a trip to *************** with me. About a week before I left, I wrote to customer service and they assured me my order was in the final stages of processing and that I would receive them soon. That was a lie. Today marked a month since my original order and I demanded that they rush my shoes or issue a refund. They issued the refund and a boilerplate apology. The apology doesnt seem genuine and theyve done nothing to make me want to think about ordering from them ever again. I dont understand if the goal here is to grow beyond what they are, but clearly there is a way to go. If they cant fulfill an order, they just need improve their sales infrastructure to not misrepresent what they can provide. No thanks NoBull, Ill just stick to **** who knows how to fulfill and ship in a timely manner.Review fromNathan G

1 starI've been purchasing NOBULL for years, and have noticed a marked disinterest in customer service lately. Customer service will respond; however, only with copied and pasted blurbs with AI personality.Pay for two day shipping, and you'll get excuses about why they waited two weeks, then shipped two-day. Tell them that you paid for two-day because you needed them three days later, and they give you a pretyped excuse, then follow up with an email asking you how they did.After years as a customer, I've moved on and won't be back. Also, look at the typical, corporate-approved responses from NOBULL to reviews here, and assume that you will get the same level of personal service if you have any issues with NOBULL.Review fromjosh s

1 starI work in the gym and it was an ongoing competition finding out whether or not to purchase NOBULLS or ON clouds Unfortunately I went with the nobulls. I received the ****** as a gift I actually received them for my birthday and because I was not able to locate the order number right away they did not make any attempt to try to resolve the fact that their shoes are completely falling apart i've worn them three times. I text them and try to communicate with them and ultimately it shouldn't even matter who bought them I showed them a picture of the shoes and the tracking of the shoes Shows that they've hardly ever been worn. The white completely discolored the, the area that holds the shoelaces is completely coming off and the shoes themselves the white is discoloring. In general for the cost of the shoe compared to the customer service the durability of the shoe and the overall comfortability of the shoe these are not worth it not even close. 1 starCompany use to be stellar at quality and customer service but will not respond to my email and phone number is no longer in service. I sent items back 4 months ago and still no refund. 1 starI ordered a shirt, 2 pairs of shorts and a trainers for the GEARUP50 sale. Over a month later I got my trainers but the 2 pairs of shorts and shirt have not shipped. Their customer support told me that those items are oversold but are refusing to refund me for those items. They said that they can only do a store credit because of the terms and conditions of the sale but nowhere in those terms and conditions does it say no refunds on oversold items.Review fromBritta C

1 starI ordered two pairs of shoes with a sale code, nowhere on the listing or in checkout did it say final sale. I had checked the return policy to make sure I could return these in case they did not fit as I ordered two different sizes. When the shoes FINALLY arrived (read other comments here about slow to ship orders, I had the same experience) neither of them fit so I tried to return them. When I did, the return page said these were final sale and not returnable. Apparently the GEARUP50 sale code meant that items purchased with this code were final sale, though this was not transparent up front. Again, nowhere on the listing or the checkout page did it say this. This is an extremely deceptive sales tactic. Under a current sale today, I see that final sale items are clearly indicated. I emailed NOBULL two weeks ago to see if they would accept the return as the exact items I ordered were listed at full price. I haven't heard back and I'm stuck with two pairs of shoes that don't fit. It's disappointing to see a company exploit their customer base through deceptive sales tactics and poor customer service. If you're thinking about purchasing from this company, I'd look elsewhere, perhaps where there truly is "no bull".NOBULL, LLC

Were very sorry to hear that your order didnt work out. However, during the Gear Up promotion under which this order was placed, all eligible products included in the promotion were badged on their respective product page as GEARUP50 along with messaging that stated Gear Up. Use code GEARUP50 at checkout while the inventory lasts. Regarding the lack of response from ***************** the automated message reply indicated that you would need to reply back to the email if you still needed help and it appears that you instead sent new emails instead of replying which is why you did not receive a response back. Were sorry for the lack of response as it was not intentional and appears to be a misunderstanding.

1 starI recently put in an order for a pair of shoes, sweatshirt, and shirt on the 29th of October. It is November 14th and I have not gotten a shipping notification. I have sent 2 emails and did a chat with customer service. Same response for all 3. I have never experienced this before. Too long of a wait. I just want my clothes that I ordered. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately wouldnt let me give 1/2 a star or no star! Most likely never ordering again.NOBULL, LLC
