    - Transaction took place on January 18, ****. - I purchased 3 pairs of shoes.- This was my first time purchasing from Nobull project.- when going through the purchasing journey there was no text that indicated the items would not be eligible for return or exchange.- when I received the items, they did not fit correctly so I was looking to exchange or refund. I was told the items were final sale and could not be returned. This information was first provided in the order email confirmation I received after making the purchase. No where during the purchasing journey did the Nobull site state these items were not eligible for exchange or return. - The order number is *********.- The customer service representative did not allow me to initiate a return or exchange.The proof they provided is a picture "not even of the item I purchased" that says Final Sale. But no where does it define what final sale is. They sent me other links with specific terms and conditions, but that was not available on the product page when purchasing the items. - I was drawn to Nobull through Instagram advertisement and decided to give the brand a try. Little did I know I would be unable to exchange or return the item upon making the purchase.- I have no issue if a retailer does not accept returns/exchanges for certain items, but that needs to be stated explicitly on the product pages as you are making the purchasing decision. The first time you see "no returns" should not be after you make the purchase in the order confirmation email. - The image I attached is what they customer service provided me. 1) it's not the item I purchased 2) it does not define "final sale".     I placed an order at the end of January thinking that it was more than enough time for me to receive my shoes by mid-February. I wanted to take them on a trip to *************** with me. About a week before I left, I wrote to customer service and they assured me my order was in the final stages of processing and that I would receive them soon. That was a lie. Today marked a month since my original order and I demanded that they rush my shoes or issue a refund. They issued the refund and a boilerplate apology. The apology doesnt seem genuine and theyve done nothing to make me want to think about ordering from them ever again. I dont understand if the goal here is to grow beyond what they are, but clearly there is a way to go. If they cant fulfill an order, they just need improve their sales infrastructure to not misrepresent what they can provide. No thanks NoBull, Ill just stick to **** who knows how to fulfill and ship in a timely manner.
