I am concerned that the huge company will not have a way to contact them if you have a problem. I have been trying to get into my account *** sent numerous emails to what I think might be their support team but I never know. I think its disgraceful for a company this size to try to hide from customers who have legitimate problems like trying to collect money, getting into their account. They have a license to print money and yet they cant act like a professional organization. Even Giants have fallen remember GM about 40 years ago well they had to come back and revamp everything and start taking care of the customer same thing can happen to you guys dont think it cant there are tons of competition out there smaller firms who will respond to the customer. In early September 2022 I made a deposit of $5,000 to Draftkings and after depositing my funds the company Draftkings locked my account for lack of player verification. I was never able to us the account that was set up. **************** is terrible and have been no help. I later tried to log on to then give more information to verify my identity and bank account info to later find out my on line account with DraftKings has been terminated. I have no recourse at this point to request my money back and they have been nearly impossible to communicate with. I am just looking for a refund. I am willing to verify my banking information in order to make a withdrawal of my original $5,000 deposit. I never placed a gambling wager on there site and didnt lose any money gambling. My account was frozen and then terminated and I need help dealing with this.Business Response

I made a deposit via PayPal to my DraftKings Sportbook account. DraftKings accepted the $20 deposit then locked me out of my account due to a screwup with their geolocation system. I am not able to login to my account in order to withdrawal my money and after repeated emails asking them to refund my deposit, they refuse to do so. They lock my account less than 5 minutes after making the deposit.Business Response

I won **** dollars on slots. I had a 100 dollar deposit match. I clicked to forfeit the deposit match thinking it would just take the 100 and it voided the win. They did not say it would void the win! Why would I void a Thousand **********.That is a really shady move by Draft Kings to take your money!Customer Answer

Regards,Kurt Their should have been a notification saying if you cancel the deposit match you would lose any winnings! There was nothing they just took my money! $1000 is a drop in the bucket for draft kings but for me it was biggest win ever and to have it taken with no warning was wrong!

There was a total amount of $1,000 that was taken from my bank account and sitting in Draft Kings. Draft Kings has suspended the account so that I can not receive the funds. I have disputed this transaction with my bank. Initially my bank gave me a credit; however, DraftKing informed my bank that the funds were sent to me. This information is false. As of today, I have not received the funds. I habe subitted a copy of my I.D. along with the letter that I receive from my bank. This issue is not getting resolved. Draft Kings is a fraudulent company. I need my money sent to me as soon as possible.Business Response

Deposited 5k to participate in reignmaker auctions. When I did not win any of the actions I requested a withdrawal of my 5k and my account was locked. DraftKings requested me to take a picture of me and my license and send it which I did. 5 emails later and still no response. Its funny I can deposit thousands of dollars and then when DraftKings wants to they lock your account. This lock will cause a financial loss to me as I cannot adjust my lineups.Business Response

SOMEONE WAS USING MY SENIOR MOTHERS **** ACCOUNT ON DRAFTKINGS FOR MONTHS,I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT. THANKFULLY THE **** CAUGHT IT AND ONLY RECOVERED 2 MONTHS OF THE SEVERAL MONTHS IT HAD BEEN HAPPENING. I REPORTED THIS TO DRAFT KINGS AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY......THEY ARE FRAUDS AND I'M PRETTY SURE THEY NO MANY PEOPLE ON THEIR SITE ARE COMMITTING FRAUD, THEY THEMSELF WERE IN A LAWSUIT WITH FANDUEL FOR FRAUD AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR, SO I'M NOT SURPRISED, I WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FINANCE COMMISSION, AND POLICE REPORT. Opted into a deposit bonus with a 15x playthru, which totaled ****. Completed the playthru requirements and had won 650. But the money wasnt switched to withdrawalable even though I completed the requirements. Contacted support numerous times and was shuffled between people or just outright ignored.. Even though I played the required amount and all of the money should have been withdrawalable(I have screenshots as proof) it was not letting me..And after a couple days of being ignored I figured nothing was going to be done about it, so I tried playing whatever that Rocket game is, not even attempting to win anything, just get my original money able to be withdrawn and of course when I did that and tried to click as soon as the rocket tookoff it wouldnt let me click the bail button. *************************************************************************************************************************************************** the first place, which it should have been. I wrote them again and now they have restricted my account and said someone else is looking into it.. So they kept my winnings and wouldnt release them, then restricted my account.
