      I had deposited $50 to DraftKings. When I tried to add more with a different card they restricted my access. During that time I won. But because its restricted they wont allow me to withdrawal it. They told me I needed to verify 2 accounts. I did. One card they are asking about is a debit card so the only statement is from my checking account. But they keep saying I am not uploading for that card because the card number isnt on there, but it wouldnt be it would be the checking account number because its a debit card for a checking account. I have tried getting them to call me so I can talk to a human but they refuse to call and send the same automated message over and over again so I cant even figure out a solution. I am even willing to just have them give me my original money back. At this point they are just thieves.

      On Sunday February 12th i started an account with draftkings because they were promoting a deal start an account in **** deposit 5 dollars get 200 dollars in bonus bets so i did i placed my free bets on the 2023 super bowl and won 350 dollars i tried the next morning to withdrawal my funds but draftkings would not let me sayong my card wasnt supported for withdrawal so i tried using a couple other cards which in result locked my account from February 13th until now which is February 26thi have been in contact with draftkings support team via email trying to get my account unlocked so i could withdraw my winnings to no avail they asked for proof that it was me ive sent my id bank statements ect. And each time i do what they ask i am met with silence or them asking for the same. Thing over and over which i keep sending to them they are basically giving me the run around and will not unlock my account to with draw my winnnings !

      DraftKings froze and then removed a game selection that had been on their site all week and advertised as being available live. This was advertised as being available live and to watch up until the game started. At which point it was frozen for nearly the entirety of a soccer match. They eventually went as far as to completely remove the game from their bet offerings. To add insult to injury, one of the teams from the game has already been added to next weeks betting selection. Who knows if it will be available live or not. Along with this I have dealt with betting options being removed from from my betslip for seemingly no reason as the selections are still available. Seems like some sort of administrative action occurs with the games for a second and this can be a huge pain when trying to place bets live and quickly.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      Largely ignored the content of the complaint. I have already provided enough identifying information to the business in my opinion  especially considering the lack of controls or oversight that they adhere to.

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

      I received on Advertisement from Draft Kings that clearly states the *** deposit ***** is $2500. The language written on the advertisement clearly says to receive *** ***** you must deposit $2500. I have deposited $2500 and have not received the *****. Prior to creating an account support confirmed that this was the promotion. Now it has been two weeks of me waiting and I have heard nothing back and no resolution. This is a horrible experience for a first time customer. I now want a resolution. Please give me the $2500 in ***** bets or close my account and return my money.

      Hi I received an account restriction where I couldnt be nor withdraw my money on 2/22/23 with $442 in the account. They said I need to send a picture of me with my current photo ID. Which I did, they received and **** said my account is associated with other accounts and I have to wait for the other accounts to send their info as well. Meanwhile why am I associated with other accounts? Also out of nowhere? All I have done was place bets and now all Im getting is robotic emails from a different user every time not one straight answer. I even uploaded my bank statements. I havent received a call in 3 days and have over 60 emails in which most of their replies are exactly the same like written by a robot. The way their customer service is run they should not be allowed to be in charge of other people money. I have my own hard earned money- $442 stuck in the account for no apparent reason. Other than Im associated with other accounts. They wont give me a reason to why or how Im associated. I didnt take advantage of any promotion nothing. I want compensation for the way Im being treated and the time *** spent trying to speak to a human being and retrieve my money.

      I signed up for an account almost 3 days ago I've been fighting to get my account validated sent in front of ** back of ** and a selfie holding the ** none of them were good enough so I sent them in again none of them were good enough so I sent them in again then they asked me for at least proof of address so I sent them a lease well that wasn't good enough so then they asked me for utility bill I sent them in a utility bill that wasn't good enough so then they send me another list telling me what they will accept so my only final thing was a pay stub because I just moved to ************* not long ago so I had to obviously change my address I haven't got to get an ** in ************* yet but I sent my pay stub in and I still haven't heard anything also I claimed under deposit bonus was supposed to get $85 and I didn't and that'll be another 3 days probably trying to get that taken care of this is the worst experience I've ever had with a casino

      I have used DraftKings to do over 90% of my sports betting ****** over the last few years. Late last year, I began to go on a small winning streak. I was still down on the year, and definitely down on my lifetime ****** placed with them. While I was on my winning streak, they started to limit the amount of money that they would let me place on ******. I was betting $200 per bet, and they suddenly started limiting me to bets of around $60. I have friends that were betting the same bets that I was, for 5 times the amount that I was, and they are not being limited. I reached out to my player host to ask him about it. He put a request in to check to see if there was a mistake, but nothing changed. I took 2-3 months off from wagering there and tried again last night to see if it would be any betternope, still limited. I dont understand how they never limited me for the years I was losing money, but the minute I start making a comeback, I can get limited. I could also see if I was a lifetime winner, but thats definitely not the case. Please help. I am in a couple chat forums and know that Im not the only one being treated this way

      This happened on Feb 15,2023 I won some money on Draft kings and they do not want to deposit the money into an account that was already used previously. I won a bet of ****** and I did send all the required documents to show that the account belongs to my wife but they have yet to resolve my issue and keep giving me the run around. Previous to this winning I already had won ******* which they deposited into the account with no questions

      Hello, I deposited $100 into a draftkings account on the morning of the Super Bowl Feb. 12th. I made the mistake and put it in the wrong Draftkings fantasy and couldn't bet on the superbowl. I tried to figure out how to transfer it to the Draftkings Sportsbook account but that isn't an option. I then transferred it to my Paypal account and then I deposited a seperate $100 into the correct draftkings account to make my bet. A couple days went by and I never saw my transfer go through in my paypal account. The draftkings sent me a confirmation email that it was there. I contacted both Draftkings and Paypal multiple times throughout a week and Paypal confirmed nothing was ever sent. Draftkings did say they voided the the Paypal transfer and sent it to my checking account ending in XXXX. I took a screen shot of that account showing only the withdrawals to them and zero deposits. They agreed and thanked me for the picture. Its been 3 days now and I've emailed them multiple times without a response. I want my $100 back. I am not a happy customer and this service has been horrible. Please give me a hand. It shouldn't be this hard for a company that big to figure this out. Thank you
