      On Sunday 2/26/2023 approx 9:40 pm, I placed and won 2 ****** on the live dealer blackjack table, however was not paid out the winnings. Ive contacted customer support multiple times and have gotten a different response everytime. First it was were aware of the issue. Then allow 30 minutes for your winnings to populate your balance. Over the next several days it was were working on it, youll be paid tomorrow, etc. now its we dont know the timeframe. Its been over 4 days and my $230 still hasnt been paid to me and I still dont have any clear answers. Ive provided screenshots that have hand #s and time stamps. Ive also provided screenshots of my financial report that show the wins and show they werent paid.

      I was a loyal customer/DFS player for years. Username is: johnnyutah007. In Nov. 2022, my account was terminated. Ive sent NUMEROUS emails to DK customer service requesting an explanation. Ive only been told that I allegedly violated their terms of service. On one email reply, they acccused me of operating more than 1 account. This is absolutely untrue. *** asked for details many times and they always say they cant tell me anything more. Why?! I was a VIP player. If they put forth any effort in looking into this issue, they would easily discover Ive only ever used one account. Check my payment methods for example, theyve only ever been used to fund johnnyutah007. ** also terminated my wifes account, despite the fact its never had any money deposited or withdrawn in it. She used a free play once, years ago. This makes no sense. My treatment is wrong. There have been true, undeniable examples of DK players using multiple accounts before, then being allowed to continue playing anyway. Im speaking of ***************************. DK knows the story on that. Its amazing to me that this kind of egregious violation was allowed, yet my account was terminated for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I can disprove any allegations, if DK would just give me some specific details. How can you terminate an account and then just say we cant tell you anything more at this time. In addition, my account has over $80 still in it and DK has locked that money up that belongs to me. DK has demonstrated zero transparency in my case. Why? Im asking for full account reinstatement. I realize that many BBB complaints are unfounded, but I can say with complete honesty I have no idea what I supposedly did wrong here. DK did have site security breaches in Nov. 2022, maybe this is related? Explanations, communication, decent treatment of a loyal, longtime customer.these are reasonable requests.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. And Im not surprised. They have a 100% response rate per your site. But not with me apparently. This is unacceptable. This just confirms everything I said in my complaint.

      I am once again filing against DraftKings. I have tried to contact support multiple times and this company is a complete scam. I tried to get information on my tax documents and was told they would be given to me 2 days prior to when the I asked where my documents are. On top of that, i placed this ticket for $25, and was charged $250, I cashed out this ticket for $383.83 on $250, and upon placing a new ticket was charged $350 to my bank, only to find the ticket was cashed for much less then shown. In total this cost me $600 on the original $25 I planned to spend. I then realized this issue and had time to cash out the second ticket for $610.10, the money showed in my account and the ticket was cashed, as soon as I went to withdrawl the money disappeared from my account and the ticket was shown as open still. I have tried to contact support but their live chat has been unavailable, and all the email responses I get are automated. Extremely upset and at a loss for what to do, *** tried many times to deal with these cashout issues, but I cannot afford it this time and need and immediate refund of the 2 tickets shown. $575 more then I planned to spend is going to take me out of my house for a digital issue that Ive brought to their attention AND have down everythjng r o avoid while using the app. Thank you I appreciate the help this issue is going to cause a financial crisis, and this application is definitely a scam

      I made a wager on draft kings sport books website I won the wager and they will not send me my winnings I originally asked for the check to be sent to my mother in laws address because she checks her mail daily and I would very relieved it sooner but for some reason they told me I needed to prove that I lived there I sent utility bills and updated my license to show my current address because at first they told me I had to have my current address on my driver's license to get my winnings now they say I have to prove my mother in laws address is mine I've told them several times that this isn't my address in fact the verified my account with my address they allow me to bet all I want but don't allow me to get my winnings this has been a problem for over a month I just want my money it's ridicilous

      I used draftkings for 2 years. I had ****** on my account 200 dollars was placed on a bet that I did not place I tried to get with draftkings on it they just kept not helping so I ask for my account to be permanently closed and the remaining money sent to me and they closed my account and now they wont even give me the ****** that I had left till the investigation is done. But they keep telling me they dont have a time frame my investigation would be done.

      I have filed a complaint already on the lack of communication with this company. They have held up 7500$ for needing a specific bank statement, and now that Ive provided it, I still havent gotten a response from the company on unlocking my account. This is very poor business practice, as you cant get ahold of anyone for the company other than email and have to wait at the mercy of them to respond. I just need a response, and my account unlocked to get my money.

      For the third time Draft Kings has restricted my account for no reason. There has been zero problem with them accepting *********** but this third time I have a balance they owe to me and I am suddenly restricted. I have provided them the proper information to get my account reactivated two times before and have done so again, the difference is this time they stopped replying to me. I asked them to kindly stop harassing me as I feel that is what they are doing. As I said I have complied with their requests by providing pics of myself holding my ID, my bank statement and also a credit card statement for my method of deposit with them. I just want them to stop harassing me and let me use their service as advertised.Please help.Thanks ***********************

      I was told by Draftkings that if I met a qualifying amount for a deposit I would be reviewed for a bonus. This was months ago. I made the required deposit. They later said it was reviewed and denied. I asked them why and they don't answer. They have the worst help service on the planet and they don't even read messages. There are numerous grammatical errors in their messages and it is obvious they are not even reading sent messages. I believe at this point they do not even care about their horrendous reputation and do not care about there customers. I noticed many other people are having similar problems and they really need to get their stuff together. I have also been asking for months to talk to their president ************************* to help advise them how to work more efficiently but my requests have been repeatedly ignored.

      On a whim I made a free superbowl bet and won $5.50. This was also when I created the account. Upon attempting to withdraw my winnings I discovered that I could only withdraw to a source that I deposited from or to a PayPal that had the same email as my drafting account. I deposited $5 from a ***** however I was told that the card may be ineligible to receive withdrawals. I wrote customer service numerous times once they even blocked my account for no reason while they "investigated" my "responsible gaming statement". They now want me to make a new PayPal account and go through the hassle of verification of a new PayPal account. When I asked to change my email so that my account matches my CURRENTLY VERIFIED PayPal. Both email addresses have obvious parts of my name and I've even sent a copy of my stated ID when they asked and still getting the run around. I have all of the emails and I can upload them if necessary. The amount in total is $10.50. $5.50 I won on superbowl bet and $5 I deposited in order to get my funds. I just want my money and I am done with this company. I do want people to know how poorly they treat customers

      I made a bet on the superbowl and won. By mistake, we sent in the amount again and now want all of the money (original winnings and extra sent in) sent out. I've filled in all the paperwork twice, sent everything they asked for twice and even offered to discuss it on the phone. Still can't get our money. Draftkings is a scam!
